10 days from order placement to delivery only to find that the wrong item had been shipped (small 1/2" fittings instead of a 2" cam fitting). This caused us massive delays at site. The correct item was sent out within 24 hours of flagging the error and it arrived within 4 days, proving that shipping can be done in a suitable timeframe (when rectifying errors at least).
