Good website, clear pricing and reductions. Not 5 stars because it has been difficult to arrange an exchange for a faulty product. All I wanted to do was to post it back in exchange for an identical item but they refused to offer an exchange even though the item is in stock. Instead, I have to buy another new one, pay the higher price and additional postage, then ask for them to credit me the difference when they refund the original item I am returning. This was a present for my son for Christmas so I don’t want to risk the item selling out. I’m currently £77 out of pocket for an item I originally bought for £26!

Terrible terrible terrible.
Happy to take payment; then absolutely non existent communications.
Now almost two weeks since paying, no sign of the rackets, nobody answering the phone (always goes to voicemail), no email replies.
Seriously - AVOID - go with someone else; anyone else except these guys who I do wonder if they are actually a scam. I am £400 out of pocket. Hoping PayPal / Amex agree and will refund asp.

Great website and easy online ordering process, clear and concise. Delivery was delayed. items received and in good condition. Simple process am yet to make my returns and needed to try on different sizes.

Good selection, but service not ideal
It's a very slow service, at least if you're buying from the UK, but it's the only place where you can actually find a good selection of the latest tennis clothing and equipment. However, they run out of sizes pretty quick, and the prices and sales are never particularly attractive. They are behaving like a monopoly which I guess they are, as there are few companies who can compete with their range of options.
I tried using their introductory discount code but it wasn't accepted, saying my email was already registered and that therefore I was not a new customer, which was not the case.

Ordering was easy and choice of product good. Let down by the delivery service.
The delivery driver attempted to put the goods in a safe place but literally throw the boxes over a gate. Boxes burst open and contents left lying on the passageway. Probably could have been a bit more gentle and just reached up and dropped parcels into over the gate so they were in a safe place (alternatively could have hid them behind the bushes near to the front door. Door to flat is side of house and not a communal entrance (that's pretty obvious).

GLS poor performance
The products and service from Tennis Point is always good. I just wish the same could be said for their delivery partner GLS. The lack of updates on the tracking service is very frustrating.

Will buy again
The shopping experience was easy and excellent. The website is clear and my order arrived as per the estimate time. The reason I can't give 5 stars is I never got a further email to the order confirmation one. My order arrived without me knowing if it had shipped or a tracking, luckily I can trust my neighbours on picking it up.

Delivery process needs improvement
Order process was easy, but delivery process and tracking not very good.As full address not given to the courier and hence the parcel was delayed by quite a few days as they coukdnt find the delivery address, and very difficult/ impossible to get hold of help at tennis-point to get this resolved.
