Good website, clear pricing and reductions. Not 5 stars because it has been difficult to arrange an exchange for a faulty product. All I wanted to do was to post it back in exchange for an identical item but they refused to offer an exchange even though the item is in stock. Instead, I have to buy another new one, pay the higher price and additional postage, then ask for them to credit me the difference when they refund the original item I am returning. This was a present for my son for Christmas so I don’t want to risk the item selling out. I’m currently £77 out of pocket for an item I originally bought for £26!

Terrible terrible terrible.
Happy to take payment; then absolutely non existent communications.
Now almost two weeks since paying, no sign of the rackets, nobody answering the phone (always goes to voicemail), no email replies.
Seriously - AVOID - go with someone else; anyone else except these guys who I do wonder if they are actually a scam. I am £400 out of pocket. Hoping PayPal / Amex agree and will refund asp.

I queried about expedited delivery times and did not receive focused response but directed to FAQ. I’ve opted for paid delivery to expedite delivery but have still not received any confirmation on the way forward with delivery of may package at a specified date.

Good selection, but service not ideal
It's a very slow service, at least if you're buying from the UK, but it's the only place where you can actually find a good selection of the latest tennis clothing and equipment. However, they run out of sizes pretty quick, and the prices and sales are never particularly attractive. They are behaving like a monopoly which I guess they are, as there are few companies who can compete with their range of options.
I tried using their introductory discount code but it wasn't accepted, saying my email was already registered and that therefore I was not a new customer, which was not the case.

Cheesed off. ...Still awaiting delivery!
Have used previously and been pleased but although getting promised delivery messages this time nothing has appeared after three weeks. Disappointed to say the least.

Delivery process needs improvement
Order process was easy, but delivery process and tracking not very good.As full address not given to the courier and hence the parcel was delayed by quite a few days as they coukdnt find the delivery address, and very difficult/ impossible to get hold of help at tennis-point to get this resolved.

Hopeless address system - wouldn’t let me enter my house name, then delivery courier didn’t deliver as says ‘I’ve moved!’! Trying to contact help center is hopeless & leads to numerous automated emails,
No delivery, no idea whether I will ever receive my goods.
Poor serve.
Will not seek a second serve with them agein.

Generally good but I bought defective shoes and despite clear photos that both were falling apart and the fact it was close to purchase date I was required to post them which I don’t have time to do. It took too much effort to find their issues contact too.

Tennis racket did not arrived on time
I have ordered a tennis racket and I expect it to be delivered within a week as per website info, now I received an email saying that it has been delayed for whatever reason, I am assuming due to the low pressure that build up in the Atlantic ocean.
