I am disappointed with these pyjamas as they do not match the colour of the photo on the website.
The website states red, the box they came in states burgundy.
The website also describes them as Italian satin, but there is no proof that this item has any connection with Italy, the brand is Polish.
When I contacted Debbie at Swanky Pins about this she refused to pay for return shipping. I had already paid for shipping to me, and €11 in import tax (which could have been avoided if they were sent marked 'gift'). I feel Swanky Pins breached their contract by not sending me red Italian pyjamas. I feel that I should be reimbursed the shipping and tax costs I have incurred, and that Swanky Pins should pay for return shipping. This is not a case of me changing my mind, and I do not think I should have to lose money because the description on the website is wrong. They should be listed as burgundy, Polish pyjamas.

We are sorry you were disappointed with the pyjamas. They are listed and described as 'deep red' and the photo does show that they are definitely not the 'bright red' you were trying to match another item with. The description also states that the pyjamas are 'made with Italian satin', not 'Made in Italy'. Companies import fabrics so it is quite common for items to be made up in one country with fabric from another.
The product review you left on the website said 'Lovely quality' and 'raspberry red' (which is nowhere near as dark as a burgundy) which is a pretty accurate description of the product you received, so it is good to hear you are happy with the quality at least.
We did refund you half the import tax, but as a business we are unfortunately unable to mark all European orders as 'gift'.
