I've ordered many things for my baby. Everything is very well made, excellent materials, colours. I am beyond thrilled. From the order date to delivery it took 2,5 weeks. I've received an email of apology that my order will be a bit late. It all came in a box, all packed separately, very nicely. I also got an extra package with two tetra diapers and one nest mattress. I am very satisfied and will be ordering more surely.

This is the second time I've ordered from here and it isn't until around a week after I've ordered that I get an email to say there are delays in delivering the item. This has happened twice now. I ordered my second item around a week and half ago and it's only just been shipped. Unfortunately, both items have been gifts. If you order for a gift, I'd make sure you order well in advance. My friend had said that her gift was soft and good quality and was really pleased with it. Not sure I'd order from here again though.

Nice design,quite good quality - not strong back support - not removable cover Would prefer some clips instead of string to tighten and harder base for babys back. Overall good product

Thank you for your review. Due the 'Black Week' and 'Cyber Monday' we received a lot of orders, which caused us a delay in their processing and production for which we sincerely apologize.

In general, everything is not bad, but there are a number of disadvantages for me personally, this cover on the cocoon cannot be removed for washing, the quality of the fabric in the auto cover (after washing it became even worse, the print turned pale), the fabric feels hard to the touch) and the napkin container is too fragile)and delivery was delayed, which is also a minus, but plus that they warned about it

Better customer service care and faster delivery.

Better customer service care and polite support. After paying for delivery charge my order was delayed. Due to this delay I requested customer service for delivery charge refunded. Cindy responded and strictly refused to reimburse the delivery charge and develop customer relationship. What I liked is the selection of baby products however I won’t be shopping at jukki.uk due to the poor customer service.

the order consisted of many items, including cotton buds for children and plastic containers for wet wipes. the container is of the worst quality and does not close properly and the box with the ear buds was open.

Delivery delays

Information on website says “delivery 3-7 days” but after 8 days I have received info they issued order, so they not keeping dates with delivery.

Delivery outrageous

Products are fab. The delivery cost is appalling considering it’s was priority and took over a week to arrive. £10… really?
