There is variety of offers with affordable prices (Thank you for that), but I am not satisfied with delivery. My order is still in process of shipping, and it's been 7 days since order was placed. It was stated that if the order was placed until certain hour, it would be delivered the same day. I knew it wasn't possible, because it was Sunday, but I was expecting it within 3-5 working days. Also, it was nowhere stated that the products are coming from foreign country. I would suggest that, since you have your site available in various countries and it's localized, just to put a note that the products are coming from central warehouse, so we do not think that it's scam if we do not receive the order within mention period. Thank you

The products are great exactly what they describe and are well made. The wall lights were easy to install and are working well. On the minus side the installation instructions are very minimal and no instructions on how to adjust the sensors. On the Web site you have to choose the lamps that go with the product and I got it wrong as it shows a lamp further down the page but you have click on the accessories part which I did after talking with one of lamplight representatives, although I now have 2 lamps which are too large for my lights.

I've not used lampandlight.co.uk before but as I was looking for something specific for my home I found them via a search of the internet. I found exactly what I needed and was pleased that the price offered was not ridiculously high as I had seen by other sellers. Finding stuff and adding to my basket was very easy to do. The checkout process was also very straight forward and all without an app and done on a mobile phone. With Christmas on its way I was informed delivery would be in the new year, not an issue as this was for home and not seen as a Christmas gift, however all was delivered very quickly. Packaging was well designed with a seperate box, padded, for the marble base.The only damage I found was a small chip in the marble base but decided, that as it was underneath and not able to be seen or touched when the light was in use, to use it as supplied.

Very good service and nice lamp delivery excellent. Only issue was the connecting electrical plug. The plug supplied was a two pin EU plug not a UK three pin plug. Lampandlight company did provide a Uk adapter plug with the lamp but it makes for a large double plug size you have to plug the EU two pin pluk into the UK three pin adaptor and if space is tight it may not fit or the socket is on view then it is not an attractive look. For us it was ok plug/adaptor was behind the sofa. This should have been mentioned at point of sale i.e. on the website. So i reduced 1 star for this but it is a good LED lamp runs cool no risk of hot surface burning the hand. It arrives in a purpose box and is in two parts which simply screw together which took just 5 minutes and has a stable base. I would recommend this reading lamp.

Yodel delivered to the wrong address, as usual. This partly due to the addressing on the supplier website not accepting enough characters for a British address. The lamps themselves are wonderful! Beautifully designed and accurately made metal castings with accurately threaded screw holes, glass panels, clips and fixings, and, to top it off, a 7W eco bulb that even connects to my phone for remote switching on and off. Remarkable and excellent product!

Product as described, securely packaged. Delivery prompt. I was sent an electronic version of installation instructions which actually was unnecessary as a paper version was included with the light, as expected. I would review this practice as it just caused me to download it then delete. Think also minimum number of light bulbs should be included or at least sold at a very competitive price and not used as a means of increasing profit .

First of all they had the ideal light were looking for. Secondly having bought for the the first time from another company without first carrying out due diligence and had to go the credit card company for a refund, I was very pleased to read the feedback from other earlier buyers. Thirdly, the follow up information and speed of delivery was excellent. Lastly, I cannot say anything as I haven't yet installed it !!

The lamp arrived very quickly and I had no issues with the service. The lamp is pretty flimsy and, as others have said, if you have all the palm fronds to one side the lamp will fall over, the base isn’t heavy enough to support it. I love the lamp and it’s just about worth the £180 I paid for it but at full price (£350) I wouldn’t have felt it was value for money.

The communication was excellent as was the quality of the lamps. Unfortunately I thought the lamps would be gold metal but they were a gold paint instead. They were lovely just didn't match my decor sadly. The return process took me a bit to understand but was actually pretty straight forward. I really like their eco conscious return process too.

I liked the Speed of delivery and quality of the item also the Quick refund when item not suitable. Not enough details on returns portal to successfully return item but this was remedied after a phone call resulting in an email being sent with the missing details which enabled me to return the item. All done quickly and efficiently.

Item arrived on time, well sealed and packaged in polystyrene, was expecting the item to be in good conditions, however the coating on the lamp is scratched and the uneven coating on the glass reveals dark bush strokes-like marks. Too bad because the item is very nice looking, item was discounted so i guess you get what you pay for.

Nothing wrong with the product - as advertised and expected - but the Yodel courier delivered it to what was blatantly the wrong address, Yodel itself was unhelpful when I complained, and it was only through the kindness of the person who found the parcel on his doorstep in delivering it to us that we received the goods at all.

Lamp is looking good and price was decent. Quality and delivery time was also very good. Tip for the home page: A recommendation for bulb type good be good. I tried two types and a vintage bulb with color temperature 2200K made the lamp look at it best. With a ‘normal’ energy saver bulb, the lamp isn’t looking that good.

Quick delivery, well packed and easy to assemble. I was disappointed there was no bulb or adapter for the EU plug in the shipment, but the next day another package arrived with the smart bulb and adapter plug! Brilliant! Very happy with the product, good quality and looks great - thank you! 😊

This ceiling pendant is stunning in our living room. It was simple to adjust the height and fit to the ceiling. My favourite purchase in a long time. Great customer service too when I contacted them about delivery- it took a little longer than expected to arrive but well worth the wait.

Exactly as advertised, received on time but a shame the courier delivered a day early and then ignored my standing instructions for when I am not in and left it in plain site under my porch do it got wet but not soaked in the rain/ product all good with excellent packaging!

We found some excellent lights on Lampandlight website. Had a few questions which were all answered quickly over the phone. The light fitting turned up in a couple of days and we are very happy with our purchase. They are good quality for a very reasonable price. Well done.
