My machine works quite well but the operating instructions are not very clear may of the controls are new to me and probably other users. Like the 'delay' control what does it do? no explanation in the text. Other than that it's a fine product. But nowhere as good as the Ibiza Port-9 Machine.Which I own and is broken. regards Joe Pumfrod
The item took ages to arrive. I didn’t realise it was shipping from Germany. Then it didn’t work properly when we tried to tune it in. So i have to return it. This is no easy task as a returns note wasn’t included in the box & also an adapter for the 2 pin plug was also absent.
So after scouring the website i eventually recorded my return but without the note i could not post it . Auna have eventually responded with an online pdf return note which i cannot print out myself as i have no printer. I have asked them to post a return note & am waiting for a reply.
I will never buy from them again
Product ordered was of poor quality and has been sent back
