I came across this company when I was swivelling between a few rings a couple of weeks before my wedding. I saw one that immediately struck me as fantastic (and affordable!). I was worried that the team wouldn't be able to make it in time for the wedding but they pulled out all the stops and had it sent to me promptly. Communication was great throughout and the ring came the day after it was posted. The ring itself looks even better than in the pictures. Would highly recommend!

We were extremely happy with our platinum rings. Their communication with us was perfect. The rings even came in a beautiful box which was a very pleasant surprise. This could not have worked out better for us. We will definitely be using them again.

can't recommend this company highly enough. The lady (sorry I can't remember her name) was so helpful and couldn't do enough to help. My partner was thrilled with the ring and the lovely box. I ordered these quite late, but they made sure my delivery arrived on time. I will definately be ordering from bay jewellers again.

Absolutely in love with our rings
Our wedding rings came in a few days of placing our order. It's the first time we have ordered anything like that online as we have always felt we needed to 'see' the rings first but the quality of our bands were fab. I would highly recommend you buy from them as the contact emails are regular and keep you up to date as to how your order is progressing.

Excellent quality ring at a really affordable price.
Great communication on the progress of my order and they were amazing at dealing with a slight issue I had.
