The service was very good and the delivery was prompt. The cartridge I ordered works well, so far. The only reason for not giving five stars is that I do wonder why the cost of ink cartridges is so great, and the cost could be even more competitive.

Awful company!! I purchased some items through them, they shipped & the shipment never arrived to me. At first, they didn’t give me a tracking number - I had to email to ask for one. Then after 2 weeks, I check the tracking and it says returned to sender on it. The company refuses to refund me, even though it clearly shows it’s been returned to them. Do not use, they are awful and have horrific customer service!!!
