I forwarded two of my favourite photos for large acrylic prints. I was a little apprehensive at first as I've never used this company before and thought I was either going to be really pleased or very disappointed. One of my prints was a night time shot taken in Bruges where light levels were low and I wasn't expecting too much from this one. The other was taken of the Rialto Bridge in Venice. Both photos were taken on my Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra camera phone.
I am happy to report that they arrived yesterday and the finished quality is superb 👌. They look very professional and I am planning to send off my next photo for a similar print.
I was also impressed with the ease of ordering.

As you see in the canvas below I did not center it properly check out the two top corners pity they didn't contact me before printing I have took a screenshot when ordering and it looked ok it must have moved as I was buying it. Delivery was very long and days kept changing as this is a present the anniversary is now over and the only place for that canvas is in the bin I will buy elsewhere my picture is cheap for a reason Buy Elsewhere

Delivery takes much longer than advertised
I used this site as it said 4-6 days, I assumed working days however it took 8 working days to arrive. It's not much but meant I missed the birthday the canvas was a present for and I had to buy something else.
I did contact customer service after 6 days and was told it had been dispatched, checked the tracking and it hadn't been dispatched.

Product was fantastic, dispatch notifications need to be more accurate.
Product was fantastic, well made and well packaged. However the delivery was long.
It was labelled up on the Friday but not sent to Royal Mail until the following Wednesday. Took a week to arrive once I had received dispatched notification. Need to get orders to Royal Mail quicker as receiving a dispatched notice when it hasn’t been dispatched is misleading.

Delivery is not fast nor prompt
From the order date, to dispatch date the delivery date, this was a long time. Advertise yea due to Ukraine etc but ordered a week before fathers day and the product arrived 4 days 3 days after fathers day. Disappointed.
