We have used My Picture before for canvas prints which have been fine but this time the quality has dropped, the folds in the corners are very slack and not folded good at all as though not much effort was put in to it, it doesn’t look very good quality on our wall at all

Quality is nothing special

Products were lovely but one slightly damaged as packaging was damaged at bottom and had been rescheduled delivery a couple of times

The product actually received I am happy with. The length of time taken to receive it, however, made me with I had used another company as the item was a gift required before the item was received. I ordered the product on 11th July. I received a dispatch notification on 13th July to advise it had been dispatched Royal Mail 48 hour. The tracking didn’t actually go live until the 18th July and finally arrived 21st July which was 9 days after the order was placed. The company should take some accountability for the courier they choose to send with, especially when advising a timescale. Despite being happy with the end product I would be apprehensive to shop here again when purchasing a gift if there is a likelihood of ‘courier delays’ after production is complete especially as it is not the typical time of year for expected delays.

The photo frame ‘fitting flaps’ at the back to hold the photo in place were broken off when I received it 😞

Photo puzzle was good

Poor quality frame and no hanging facility but other than that pleased, picture looks good.

My order took 15 days to arrive when it’s quoted on your website as an estimated time of 3-6 days. When I reached out to the customer service they spoke to me like they’d rather be doing Literally anything else than be on the phone. All they did was tell me to phone back again the next day if the tracking still hadn't updated (this was the 6th day of it not arriving). Other than that I phoned again on the 12th day and they said that they would reach out to the courier and get information on the location of my package, they did not get back to me with this information, all they did was send me an email after the package arrived on the 15th day saying “your package has arrived”. The reason I’m giving 3 starts is purely for the good quality of the product - not customer service :/

Delivery needs looking at 1st time I've waited so long for my canvas they kept changing the days for delivery good job I didn't need to take a day off from my job to wait for said delivery don't think I will be ordering anything else soon but a part from that canvas is brilliant love it

I am very happy with the item but it took too long to arrive. Also I contacted your customer service and didn't get a reply. So communication could be improved. Thanks

I'm really happy with the quality of the canvas prints I have received from this and a previous order. I am unhappy with the packaging of the last order that had opened in transit - adequate packing tape would have stopped the box from opening. Also, your choice of courier UPS is a let down as they continually cannot meet their scheduled delivery dates causing inconvenience when taking delivery. If I stop using MYPICTURE it will be because of the UPS delivery service.

Postage is very slow, the print quality could be higher dpi.

I have ordered from this website a few times and they've always been amazing! However this time round the pizza puzzles actually arrived already done and in a plastic sleeve bag, This was a late father's day present for someone who enjoys doing puzzles so this time round this website hasn't really done justice.

The picture was fantastic, but the delivery was terrible. For £6.00 delivery I expected it quicker than nearly three weeks

Time of delivery. Post said 3 to 4 days and waiting a week and a half!!!

Cheap but not a great finish to my canvas print. Will go elsewhere next time.

Great canvases, and easy to sort out. However, my parcel was 'lost' in the UPS warehouse for nearly a week and twice missed onward connections as the paperwork hadn't been done - sad that a good product has been let down by the third party meant to be delivering them efficiently.

The delivery was late and the delivery cost was excecive

The picture was lovely but a very personal picture to me it was my dad who passed away.. I paid £6 delivery and it literally took 9 days before I'd received it which dissepointed me
