I forwarded two of my favourite photos for large acrylic prints. I was a little apprehensive at first as I've never used this company before and thought I was either going to be really pleased or very disappointed. One of my prints was a night time shot taken in Bruges where light levels were low and I wasn't expecting too much from this one. The other was taken of the Rialto Bridge in Venice. Both photos were taken on my Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra camera phone.
I am happy to report that they arrived yesterday and the finished quality is superb 👌. They look very professional and I am planning to send off my next photo for a similar print.
I was also impressed with the ease of ordering.

As you see in the canvas below I did not center it properly check out the two top corners pity they didn't contact me before printing I have took a screenshot when ordering and it looked ok it must have moved as I was buying it. Delivery was very long and days kept changing as this is a present the anniversary is now over and the only place for that canvas is in the bin I will buy elsewhere my picture is cheap for a reason Buy Elsewhere

Great quality and price - poor delivery experience
The product quality and price were excellent.
However delivery was late, and having spoken to both MyPicture and UPS (the delivery company) they blamed each other for the delays. As a result the item was received late and after the party for the recipients for whom it was intended.

Missing hanging kit
Took a long time to arrive after shipping, which I realise was down to Royal Mail, but when it arrived there was no hanging kit which I'd paid for. Got hold of someone quite easily on web chat, now remains to be seen if the missing kit arrives.

I ordered 2 30x30mm photo aluminium prints one matt finish the other glossy...the matt fisnish print is absolutely perfect 10/10. The glossy print is not that great and even came with a scratch on the lamination. So although before I had amazing result with your canvas prints, with this order it's only half of my expectations being fulfilled...

Printed photo was excellent, but experience of the service is seriously marred by the excessive amount of spam from the company to follow up. I shall be avoiding them in future because of the intensely irritating constant daily emails.

product quality and description are fantastic, my issue was the delays inprinting and shipping, it took over 2 weeks. These were testers for potentially much larger orders in the future and I need relaible turnaround times to support a potential new business venture.

OK but order very early if it is for a special occasion!
It was reasonably easy to do the order, placing the photo etc. Recipient was pleased though I haven't seen it myself. Delivery was very, very slow which was very disappointing

The canvas is fabulous but
The canvas is fabulous, i have no problem whatsoever with the quality, its amazing... The problem is with UPS (delivery), everyday from monday to Thursday i was promised delivery, it finally came on friday and was left on the doorstep..shockingly bad service from UPS.

Canvas order
Have ordered several pictures over the last few years and I have been delighted with every one but this time I ordered two and the first canvas is amazing but the second one which was for a gift is awful the picture is fine but I expected the picture to cover the frame but instead I got the picture in the middle with about six inches each side of just white canvas it looks horrible and there is no way I could give it to anyone as a gift very very disappointed not to mention the loss of money due to me not being able to use it .
