I forwarded two of my favourite photos for large acrylic prints. I was a little apprehensive at first as I've never used this company before and thought I was either going to be really pleased or very disappointed. One of my prints was a night time shot taken in Bruges where light levels were low and I wasn't expecting too much from this one. The other was taken of the Rialto Bridge in Venice. Both photos were taken on my Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra camera phone. I am happy to report that they arrived yesterday and the finished quality is superb 👌. They look very professional and I am planning to send off my next photo for a similar print. I was also impressed with the ease of ordering.

As you see in the canvas below I did not center it properly check out the two top corners pity they didn't contact me before printing I have took a screenshot when ordering and it looked ok it must have moved as I was buying it. Delivery was very long and days kept changing as this is a present the anniversary is now over and the only place for that canvas is in the bin I will buy elsewhere my picture is cheap for a reason Buy Elsewhere

Unwilling to give even an hour’s grace I…

No changes allowed after ordering changes, not even within 24 hours. Due to the registrations relating to “bespoke and commissioned” work in Germany I was unable to change the order - despite it being later that same day. This is a real shame as the quality of the picture I was trying to create although okay would have shown far better detail printed as a poster and framed than printed onto canvas. It would have been reasonable to wait 24 hours before starting production to enable customers to change their minds.

Efficient service and good quality acrylic prints. Website lacked information and couldn’t find if collage-type prints are possible. There was no information on the hanging system. I ordered this blind for the 2 prints and was very disappointed to find what was sent had no instructions and there were not complete fixings to hang a print. It looks as if purchasing of an additional hook to attach the item to the wall will be necessary. This lets down the quality of your product.

Poor Deliver by UPS

I'm really happy with the quality of the canvas prints I have received from this and a previous order. I am unhappy with the packaging of the last order that had opened in transit - adequate packing tape would have stopped the box from opening. Also, your choice of courier UPS is a let down as they continually cannot meet their scheduled delivery dates causing inconvenience when taking delivery. If I stop using MYPICTURE it will be because of the UPS delivery service.

Non change to image submitted

I ordered a canvas print and received a confirmation straight after, the image had a white border on it. The white border didn’t appear in the uploaded cropped image as the background was white. I requested if I could be edited / cancelled and resubmitted. I was told that it was already in process, the final product was not dispatched until several days after I am sure this would have been sufficient time to have cancelled or done the edit as requested.

Good picture, bad service

I ordered my canvas and after a fast production, I waited a week for delivery via Yodel. They missed 4 deliveries due to address errors their end even after many calls from me confirming the correct address. Neither Yodel or MyPicture were very helpful and I just had to wait and wait until yodel were able to deliver ! All left down to me to organise even though I had paid delivery and it’s really not down to me who and how my order was delivered

Need to work on customer service

I have rated this fair because the item is good for the price but the customer service was terrible. I will never purchase again. It took 3weeks to arrive after the courier returned the parcel back to them without attempting any delivery. After contacting customer service I was replied to in a way that blamed me “next time make sure delivery is completed” and “on this occasion we will pay the redeliver fees” Not a very professional reply.

One side left white

The background of the picture was black but you left one side edge white while the others were all black. I had to paint the unfinished side. The delivery was abysmal. First it was due on Thursday, then it was changed to Saturday and then again to Monday. Yes, it did eventually arrive on Monday which was a week later than I would have liked it but maybe I should have allowed a bit more time. But anyway the delivery was not up to standard.

not worth the money sorry!

my order didn't come in time and as it was a father's day present i couldn't take a chance that it wouldn't be delivered in time so i had to go out and buy another present for my Grandson to give his Dad.It may have only been a day late on june 15th but i paid for it on the 2 nd of june so 13 days is a bit much to wait,i have used quite a few other companies and only waited 5/7 days so i wouldn't use this company again to be honest

Ordered a canvas with white edging as with the coloured edging it takes abit of the photo away so I opted for white but On getting the white one when it finally got delivered I wasn’t too happy about it. although a very cheap price I didn’t expect the white edging to be in the front of the picture.. it wasn’t stapled straight so now the front has white bits around it and not evenly. The person stapling it would of noticed too!!

OK but there are better suppliers

After ordering a mug from My Picture I found another website that sold me a mug with a picture on both sides, for a cheaper price and faster delivery. So now I have two mugs as presents. The one from My Picture is ok but could do better. I suppose that there is the TV advert to pay for.

jigsaw puzzles great, box non existent

The jigsaw puzzles are great, nice quality high gloss printing. Ordered 3 as gifts and was very disappointed that all 3 came together in one polythene bag, no boxes. Will now need to find something suitable to give them in and to keep them in afterwards.

Frankly, while the quality of the puzzle itself is reasonably good, its presentation was downright poor, not even a BOX - let alone a helpful (even if miniature!) photo of the completed design to aid in constructing the image. Disappointed.

Very good but this time ......

Normally all products are very good but one of the pictures this time was damaged in that the picture wasn't stretched properly, probably after it had been initially completed. Therefore it could have been done in transit. It hasn't ruined the picture and is can still be used. I haven't included a photo as it is difficult to show, but nevertheless is does detract from the normal quality received.

Good quality... bad communications

The canvas's were perfect and the quality is great. Your communications were not... you did not reply to emails. You lied about dispatching my parcel and when I eventually got a response, you repeated it had been dispatched, but your courier of choice had still not received it, which the tracking number confirmed. Coincidentally the courier received the parcel the day after my contact...

The picture itself was lovely. However, whoever framed it made a bit of a mess of it. On the upper left hand side, the white edging had wrapped round the front (showing a phone number) and there was beige colour canvas showing on both sides. Fortunately, I had a marker pen which matched quite well so I coloured them all in. A bit disappointed as it was a gift for my grand daughter.

Disappointed

I ordered a picture snow globe and when it arrived, the packaging was all wet. Got the globe out the bubble wrap and there was a leak. It was a small present for my mum for Christmas or her son and his two grandsons. I loved it but was bitterly disappointed it had a leak. I've had a few canvas prints off you in the past and they were great, so I was expecting the same quality.

Very late arriving

2nd dec I ordered a canvas which came quickly. 27th Nov ordered some photos which only arrived today, the 9th Dec. I spoke with customer care last night and they said to give it until next weds 13th to arrive! It was a Christmas gift so I bought them again from a different site. I have now ended up paying more money buying them again and I felt My Picture let me down

Fast fulfilment but ...

Fast fulfilment of order. Packaging ok. Thankyou. I understand these are produced to a price but it'd be good if the quality control was ramped up a notch. Mostly frame material, mitring / frame joints and canvas folding could do with improvement. They are all a bit poor :( We'll obviously have to add additional time and cosmetic work prior to resale. Thanks again.

Product was fantastic, dispatch notifications need to be more accurate.

Product was fantastic, well made and well packaged. However the delivery was long. It was labelled up on the Friday but not sent to Royal Mail until the following Wednesday. Took a week to arrive once I had received dispatched notification. Need to get orders to Royal Mail quicker as receiving a dispatched notice when it hasn’t been dispatched is misleading.

Be honest about delivery times.

Taking over 2 weeks to post the item. No matter when I place an order I get a message stating the delivery date needs to be moved and that you’re busy. Plus you say the courier has the parcel, when in fact they haven’t, it then takes another week to reach them. It would be better if you updated your delivery lead time to 2 weeks to manage expectations.
