I forwarded two of my favourite photos for large acrylic prints. I was a little apprehensive at first as I've never used this company before and thought I was either going to be really pleased or very disappointed. One of my prints was a night time shot taken in Bruges where light levels were low and I wasn't expecting too much from this one. The other was taken of the Rialto Bridge in Venice. Both photos were taken on my Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra camera phone. I am happy to report that they arrived yesterday and the finished quality is superb 👌. They look very professional and I am planning to send off my next photo for a similar print. I was also impressed with the ease of ordering.

As you see in the canvas below I did not center it properly check out the two top corners pity they didn't contact me before printing I have took a screenshot when ordering and it looked ok it must have moved as I was buying it. Delivery was very long and days kept changing as this is a present the anniversary is now over and the only place for that canvas is in the bin I will buy elsewhere my picture is cheap for a reason Buy Elsewhere

Quality issue

I recently purchased 3 puzzles as Christmas gifts, 2 puzzles had 80pcs & the quality of the cardboard was as I expected, not quite as sturdy though, the 3rd puzzle was for 300pcs this unfortunately was not produced at the same standard as the 2 smaller puzzles, it seemed, in my opinion, to be made of laminated white card as it felt more like plastic (photos attached). I did contact Customer Services about this issue & their response was “I just received response from according department and they said the quality corresponds with the puzzle size“ Also the 300pc puzzle did not sit central even though when ordering it did, the finish on the larger puzzle also looked like it had a glitter effect all through the puzzle (photos attached). My Picture did say “As a gesture of goodwill, I would like to offer you a 50%* voucher for your next order” however as this was for a gift I did decline this offer as they could not supply the puzzle to the same standards as the 2 smaller 80pc puzzles.

Lengthy Delivery Timescale

The product actually received I am happy with. The length of time taken to receive it, however, made me with I had used another company as the item was a gift required before the item was received. I ordered the product on 11th July. I received a dispatch notification on 13th July to advise it had been dispatched Royal Mail 48 hour. The tracking didn’t actually go live until the 18th July and finally arrived 21st July which was 9 days after the order was placed. The company should take some accountability for the courier they choose to send with, especially when advising a timescale. Despite being happy with the end product I would be apprehensive to shop here again when purchasing a gift if there is a likelihood of ‘courier delays’ after production is complete especially as it is not the typical time of year for expected delays.

Customer service could be better

My order took 15 days to arrive when it’s quoted on your website as an estimated time of 3-6 days. When I reached out to the customer service they spoke to me like they’d rather be doing Literally anything else than be on the phone. All they did was tell me to phone back again the next day if the tracking still hadn't updated (this was the 6th day of it not arriving). Other than that I phoned again on the 12th day and they said that they would reach out to the courier and get information on the location of my package, they did not get back to me with this information, all they did was send me an email after the package arrived on the 15th day saying “your package has arrived”. The reason I’m giving 3 starts is purely for the good quality of the product - not customer service :/

Not impressed!

I ordered a photo to be put into a glass fronted wooden frame. When it eventually arrived it was well packaged up so I doubt it sustained any damage in transit, but I found the corners to be rough and I could see through the joins, plus the backing board wasn't fitted properly so the photo inside was curling at the sides. My partner fixed it for me but for the amount of money I paid, I'm afraid I expected better. Quality obviously wasn't checked before it was despatched. I also added hanging fixtures onto the order but I didn't realise I would have to attach it myself. I wouldn't have paid the extra if I had known because I have a supply of such things at home. All in all, I'm not impressed so I won't be using this service again.

canvas prints automated service colours may not match perfectly

ordered 2 canvas prints easy to choose size and centre print choice of framing ok ready for dispatch 3 days took 5 days to arrive contacted my picture same day as ordered to let them know there was text on one print and asked them to be sure to check it was printed the correct way took them a few days to reply saying it was an automated system and would be the same as the photo i sent delighted to say it was the second canvas when printed was noticeably darker than the photo i sent some detail was lost must be one of the hazards of been an automated service clearly no visual comparison was undertaken as most of the canvas was ok it was not worth the trouble to have it replaced

This is the second "mishap" in a couple of days...not good 1) a packet delivered but was found on opening that the actual item was damaged, it looked as if it , after a closer look at packaging it was "dropped" and two corners were bent upwards spoiling the item. I have now purchased the same item as a replacement. 2) Today (sunday) another packed arrived but not as addressed but at another village and the resident was very good and delivered to MY address although not damaged, from 3 miles away and shoved through her letter box..lucky she came home today and found it inside her front door. not a good ad for Yodel. Poor courier and delivery service

Canvas was nice on arrival but they used UPS who sent out an email with a time slot which we waited in to receive as we were excited to receive our newborn shoot pictures in the canvas. Last minute it got cancelled and stated we were in a rural area with no daily deliveries which is incorrect. All other couriers deliver here daily Evri, DPD, Yodel etc. we live in a town not a rural area. Then UPS turned up with it 3 days later. Really poor service and we were going to order more canvases after the first arrived and we saw the quality of it but with that delivery disaster we wouldn’t bother ordering again now.

Oh dear :(

The order was produced quickly and passed to the courier on the 23rd but finally delivered on the 31st. Contacting Yodel on the 29th I was told they had not received my parcel; concerned, I contacted your customer service to be told rather dismissively that the system said it had been handed over on the 23rd and in any case they wouldn't take any other action until 5 working days had elapsed. The disparity over the package's location for 6 days was of concern and yet your customer service, and I use the term reluctantly, did nothing to reassure this customer.

I cannot argue with the price, very good, especially with the discounts. The picture itself also cam out good, unlike some other canvas prints I've had from other company's. The framing of the canvas option though is poor. This I wouldn't recommend. Big gaps in the joins on the corner, also the canvas was mounted not straight.I would also recommend that they fit the mounts for hanging if you pay for them. There not easy to get on and very risky at marking/tearing the canvas while struggling to get the small screws in the frame.

Canvas order

Have ordered several pictures over the last few years and I have been delighted with every one but this time I ordered two and the first canvas is amazing but the second one which was for a gift is awful the picture is fine but I expected the picture to cover the frame but instead I got the picture in the middle with about six inches each side of just white canvas it looks horrible and there is no way I could give it to anyone as a gift very very disappointed not to mention the loss of money due to me not being able to use it .

Unwilling to give even an hour’s grace I…

No changes allowed after ordering changes, not even within 24 hours. Due to the registrations relating to “bespoke and commissioned” work in Germany I was unable to change the order - despite it being later that same day. This is a real shame as the quality of the picture I was trying to create although okay would have shown far better detail printed as a poster and framed than printed onto canvas. It would have been reasonable to wait 24 hours before starting production to enable customers to change their minds.

Efficient service and good quality acrylic prints. Website lacked information and couldn’t find if collage-type prints are possible. There was no information on the hanging system. I ordered this blind for the 2 prints and was very disappointed to find what was sent had no instructions and there were not complete fixings to hang a print. It looks as if purchasing of an additional hook to attach the item to the wall will be necessary. This lets down the quality of your product.

Poor Deliver by UPS

I'm really happy with the quality of the canvas prints I have received from this and a previous order. I am unhappy with the packaging of the last order that had opened in transit - adequate packing tape would have stopped the box from opening. Also, your choice of courier UPS is a let down as they continually cannot meet their scheduled delivery dates causing inconvenience when taking delivery. If I stop using MYPICTURE it will be because of the UPS delivery service.

Non change to image submitted

I ordered a canvas print and received a confirmation straight after, the image had a white border on it. The white border didn’t appear in the uploaded cropped image as the background was white. I requested if I could be edited / cancelled and resubmitted. I was told that it was already in process, the final product was not dispatched until several days after I am sure this would have been sufficient time to have cancelled or done the edit as requested.

Good picture, bad service

I ordered my canvas and after a fast production, I waited a week for delivery via Yodel. They missed 4 deliveries due to address errors their end even after many calls from me confirming the correct address. Neither Yodel or MyPicture were very helpful and I just had to wait and wait until yodel were able to deliver ! All left down to me to organise even though I had paid delivery and it’s really not down to me who and how my order was delivered
