I forwarded two of my favourite photos for large acrylic prints. I was a little apprehensive at first as I've never used this company before and thought I was either going to be really pleased or very disappointed. One of my prints was a night time shot taken in Bruges where light levels were low and I wasn't expecting too much from this one. The other was taken of the Rialto Bridge in Venice. Both photos were taken on my Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra camera phone. I am happy to report that they arrived yesterday and the finished quality is superb 👌. They look very professional and I am planning to send off my next photo for a similar print. I was also impressed with the ease of ordering.

As you see in the canvas below I did not center it properly check out the two top corners pity they didn't contact me before printing I have took a screenshot when ordering and it looked ok it must have moved as I was buying it. Delivery was very long and days kept changing as this is a present the anniversary is now over and the only place for that canvas is in the bin I will buy elsewhere my picture is cheap for a reason Buy Elsewhere

Time from ordering to delivery took over 10 days

The time from ordering to delivery (which I paid for) was way too long and I could not get a definitive answer as to when it would be delivered

I didn't want the picture frame and price on it, I just wanted the picture to cover the whole of the canvas. That's money that is wasted now!

took ages to be delivered with no communication, only more sales emails. Frame doesnt have a hook on the back to hang it, very expensive £40

Very slow delivery.

Product is great, but took over three weeks to arrive and I missed the occasion it was needed for. Customer service was pretty poor too.
