I forwarded two of my favourite photos for large acrylic prints. I was a little apprehensive at first as I've never used this company before and thought I was either going to be really pleased or very disappointed. One of my prints was a night time shot taken in Bruges where light levels were low and I wasn't expecting too much from this one. The other was taken of the Rialto Bridge in Venice. Both photos were taken on my Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra camera phone.
I am happy to report that they arrived yesterday and the finished quality is superb 👌. They look very professional and I am planning to send off my next photo for a similar print.
I was also impressed with the ease of ordering.

As you see in the canvas below I did not center it properly check out the two top corners pity they didn't contact me before printing I have took a screenshot when ordering and it looked ok it must have moved as I was buying it. Delivery was very long and days kept changing as this is a present the anniversary is now over and the only place for that canvas is in the bin I will buy elsewhere my picture is cheap for a reason Buy Elsewhere

Framed picture spot on. Sawtooth on Frame missing
Using their service is very straightforward. Uploading the image choosing the frame etc. was a piece of cake. The only thing that I was a little upset about was that I ordered the additional sawtooth to be put onto the frame which I paid for.
I'm receiving the framed picture I noticed that the sawtooth for hanging was nowhere to be found. I have tried to contact customer service, but I am unable to get anyone on the phone.
But all in all the frame, the photo shipping everything was spot on, and the picture does look amazing.

My wife was delighted with her birthday present showing “mana” with her grandson. It hangs in place where she can see it as soon as she wakes up in the morning.
The picture did take 5 days to arrive. Not the fault of the manufacturer, but of the courier. Unfortunately it was due to this that the gift arrived after her birthday.
