I forwarded two of my favourite photos for large acrylic prints. I was a little apprehensive at first as I've never used this company before and thought I was either going to be really pleased or very disappointed. One of my prints was a night time shot taken in Bruges where light levels were low and I wasn't expecting too much from this one. The other was taken of the Rialto Bridge in Venice. Both photos were taken on my Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra camera phone.
I am happy to report that they arrived yesterday and the finished quality is superb 👌. They look very professional and I am planning to send off my next photo for a similar print.
I was also impressed with the ease of ordering.
As you see in the canvas below I did not center it properly check out the two top corners pity they didn't contact me before printing I have took a screenshot when ordering and it looked ok it must have moved as I was buying it. Delivery was very long and days kept changing as this is a present the anniversary is now over and the only place for that canvas is in the bin I will buy elsewhere my picture is cheap for a reason Buy Elsewhere
My picture came in a reasonable time, however the actual picture with the white deep border looked like it cut the top of the head off my grandson. I opened the picture frame to see if it was ok without the border, unfortunately the picture was also cut down. I have ordered a copy of the picture to put in your frame from another source. I was looking forward to seeing my 6 grandchildren all together which was some achievement as they live in different parts of the UK. So must say not my best experience for a first time user

time taken to arrive - becomes a memory!
The excitement of placing an order to put those important photos on the wall become a memory itself given the length of time for the canvas frames to arrive.
One the five canvas prints is quite floppy given that it was not well stretched onto the frame.
They were quite reasonably priced; but no extras to get them faster!

Prices reasonable but delivery time…
Prices are reasonable but delivery time very poor and customer service seems non existent. I tried chasing up my orders but got no help. They market themselves as a U.K. company with co.U.K website but they’re in Germany. Took 2 weeks to receive delivery and Yodel was just as bad. Won’t use again. Sorry.
