I forwarded two of my favourite photos for large acrylic prints. I was a little apprehensive at first as I've never used this company before and thought I was either going to be really pleased or very disappointed. One of my prints was a night time shot taken in Bruges where light levels were low and I wasn't expecting too much from this one. The other was taken of the Rialto Bridge in Venice. Both photos were taken on my Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra camera phone.
I am happy to report that they arrived yesterday and the finished quality is superb 👌. They look very professional and I am planning to send off my next photo for a similar print.
I was also impressed with the ease of ordering.
As you see in the canvas below I did not center it properly check out the two top corners pity they didn't contact me before printing I have took a screenshot when ordering and it looked ok it must have moved as I was buying it. Delivery was very long and days kept changing as this is a present the anniversary is now over and the only place for that canvas is in the bin I will buy elsewhere my picture is cheap for a reason Buy Elsewhere
You do not give a large enough idea of what the finished product will look like, the top of the persons head was cut off!

Finishing very poor. Canvas not cut square so crooked in frame. Used MYPICTURE many times and things seem not to be as good as previous. Delivery took 2 weeks . Did get updated which was good customer service. The finish however of the canvas very poor. How this wasn't picked up before sending amazes me.

You can improve deliveries
You can improve by getting a decent delivery company. YODEL are awful. They take no notice of the customers requests like leaving with a nominated neighbour. Instead it’s just thrown on the floor without knocking

Pillow case arrived very dirty condition
Waited 3 weeks for order , once it arrived the back of my pillow case , even though completely sealed in a cellophane bag one quarter was very marked, dirty and pillow itself did not fully fill case . Asked for replacement which they have agreed to , but got no apology . Very disappointed
