I forwarded two of my favourite photos for large acrylic prints. I was a little apprehensive at first as I've never used this company before and thought I was either going to be really pleased or very disappointed. One of my prints was a night time shot taken in Bruges where light levels were low and I wasn't expecting too much from this one. The other was taken of the Rialto Bridge in Venice. Both photos were taken on my Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra camera phone. I am happy to report that they arrived yesterday and the finished quality is superb 👌. They look very professional and I am planning to send off my next photo for a similar print. I was also impressed with the ease of ordering.

As you see in the canvas below I did not center it properly check out the two top corners pity they didn't contact me before printing I have took a screenshot when ordering and it looked ok it must have moved as I was buying it. Delivery was very long and days kept changing as this is a present the anniversary is now over and the only place for that canvas is in the bin I will buy elsewhere my picture is cheap for a reason Buy Elsewhere

Mixed Feelings on mypicture Photo Printing Experience

The website's limitation on the file size for uploads directly impacted the quality of the printed photo. Despite having a higher quality version of the photo, the restriction to a smaller MB size meant compromising on the clarity, leading to a slightly blurry outcome on the poster. This was a letdown, considering the potential of having a pristine print had the file size constraint not been in place. A constructive suggestion for mypicture would be to integrate a feature that alerts users when the uploaded image may result in a blurry print when scaled to larger sizes. Additionally, providing recommendations for the optimal photo print size based on the uploaded file's quality could greatly enhance customer satisfaction. Such a proactive approach would help manage expectations and guide users in selecting the best possible print size to avoid disappointment. In summary, while I am happy with the project and appreciate the quality of the poster material and print, there is room for improvement in the photo upload process. Enhancing user guidance on print quality and size recommendations could make the mypicture photo printing experience flawless.

Good material but disappointed with print

Bought as a present with photos of pets that have passed in a tribute collage but they didn't let me know that the edges of the design would be cut off and I lost parts of the the collage due to it. My mother of course loves it anyway and says it's a lovely soft material but I was disappointed that my collage edges were lost due to no border warning in the photo uploading process. For the money I paid I expected better. You can see in the attached photos how the head was almost cut completely off the dog in the top left and the bottom the photos are cut in half. I live away from home so I am taking my mum's word for the material quality. I wouldn't buy again due to how badly the image was printed. I mean who cuts the heads off animals in designs? Surely they should have known to resize it if not given the choice to make sure it's within a certain border. I was excited about this for mum but I'm disappointed with the outcome. I would return it but then that's more expense for nothing

Canvases good rest not so great

Well, I am giving 3 starts. Explanaition for it is that I so far order feom your canvases and wall calendar. Been waiting very long for wall calendar when I ordered it for the first time. it came in wrong colour order. 2 pages of it were grey when all suppose to be white. Contacted you and it felt that you genualy try to help fix it sensing me replacement. Althou uit came all scratched on first page and in wrong colour again but at least all in one colour ( instead of white came grey). Giving you 3 starts as I also ordered canvases so far 3 Times in Total 14 canvases in different sizes and all came as ordered and in good quality.

1. Website/app does not have option to drag & resize the uploaded photo. The corners of the photo has got folded in the frame. Processing photo and frame took around days, at least processing unit should have ensured photo fits well in the frame. 2. Time taken to deliver photo was too much. Took almost 10 days to process. Previously i had ordered similar service from the US and got delivered to UK within a week, moreover quality was better, much brighter, frame was better too compared to this one. On the whole, i felt this was not worth for what i had spent on it.

Ordered the aluminium photo print panorama 120x30 cm. I am pleased with the print but did not realise there would be no way of hanging it as the back is completely smooth. I saw there is a hanging kit but not the size to fit the panorama. The only way to put Ito. The wall is with sticky tape so I’m very disappointed as this was not made clear when I ordered it.
