I forwarded two of my favourite photos for large acrylic prints. I was a little apprehensive at first as I've never used this company before and thought I was either going to be really pleased or very disappointed. One of my prints was a night time shot taken in Bruges where light levels were low and I wasn't expecting too much from this one. The other was taken of the Rialto Bridge in Venice. Both photos were taken on my Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra camera phone. I am happy to report that they arrived yesterday and the finished quality is superb 👌. They look very professional and I am planning to send off my next photo for a similar print. I was also impressed with the ease of ordering.

As you see in the canvas below I did not center it properly check out the two top corners pity they didn't contact me before printing I have took a screenshot when ordering and it looked ok it must have moved as I was buying it. Delivery was very long and days kept changing as this is a present the anniversary is now over and the only place for that canvas is in the bin I will buy elsewhere my picture is cheap for a reason Buy Elsewhere

I haven't seen the picture as it is for someone else but the delivery time was not good. At first I was told you couldn't find the picture as it was missing somewhere between you and Yodel, the delivery service. I would either need a re-print or a voucher to buy something else from you. I would not have accepted a voucher. If you couldn't supply the original order, why would I want something else you perhaps couldn't supply? If I had decided on a re-print it would not have been received in time for the birthday present I had planned it for. I had no choice but to go with the re-print because I wouldn't have been able to get anything quicker anyway and get it to them on time. In the end the original turned up just in time. I think, if things go missing you should be offering a refund. I found customer service lacking in empathy. It was just as though they really didn't care and I had to accept their decision or nothing. I'm hoping the picture is better than the service provided.

Satisfied - good for the price.

I was really pleased with how easy it was to make the order on-line. However the jigsaw pieces produced were very thin and difficult to ‘ keep together’. I was also a little disappointed that the puzzle did not come in a box or other ‘gift ready’ container. Tracking of my order was not successful - don’t know whether this was due to you or the delivery company- but made me a little anxious as puzzle was a ‘time sensitive’ gift.

Fair price if you get an offer

I ordered 2 canvas frames through an offer. Item were posted fairly quickly but postage was slow, took over a week and upon receipt, i was a little disappointed with the quality of frames. Canvas material is quite thin now and frames are thinner as compared to few canvas frames we ordered couple of years ago. Overall reasonable if purchased through an offer, otherwise not worth the money on full price, if quality is same.

Whilst the print quality was good and bright colours unfortunately the quality of the card is very poor and won’t stand to being made up more than once or twice. Customer service just said they would pass my comments on. I would have returned it but it was sent direct to my seven year old granddaughter who was so excited to receive it but who also commented on how thin it was.

Original delivery had one damaged item. That was re-sent and also arrived damaged. Box was open too. No internal padding or protection. Have asked for damaged item to be sent again but so far given offer of a voucher which offer no discount on website price. Pity, as print quality was good. I have asked why contents have no protection and not received a response.

Wouldn't use again - quality issue

Wouldn't use again - ordered 3 of the same image, 2 were okay (just okay) and the 3rd was very poorly mounted. As it was a present I had to buy something else and then My Picture refused to refund the faulty item - they insisted on sending a replacement despite me asking twice for a refund rather than another print that will arrive after it was required

When first buying I made the mistake of not doing my homework, this company is in Germany which I didn’t see on website.They send you a tracking number through Yodel which doesn’t actually work for 7 days when I presume it arrives in the country. Product was ok but should state how this all works on website

Order took nearly 2 weeks to arrive. The pictures looked good quality, but considering the price, I expected better quality from the frames and also thought there would have been a glass cover, not plastic. The keyring looks very different from what was shown online too.

I have to say…. Great value and nice product. Now the bad bit….. a very poor delivery service used. Mypicture sort the issue out but at what cost? Being let down time and time again by Yodel is putting me off. They never following the instructions and dump the product

Didn’t arrive when I was told it would which led to disappointment on Mother’s Day

The photos itself are gorgeous. I’m very pleased I just wish that they’d arrived by Mother’s Day like I was guaranteed. Upon emailing customer service the system was automated and very unhelpful. I got nowhere. So my advice would be to order well in advance.

There was a spelling error in my card when arrived and I am 100% sure I typed it in correctly on the website form Package also took 11 days to arrive which is a bit too long. Saving grace was the photo and frame which was pretty good

Not great.

Told that order had been dispatched but didn’t get into the hands of yodel for nearly a week. Once it did was delivered quickly. Very difficult to communicate with my picture. Ordered 2cm frame but received 1 cm. Won’t use again.

Looks like circular ink marks on the picture.

My first picture from you was excellent. The quality of my recent picture was not good. There are ink marks on one of the faces of my family members. Very disappointed so, l will not be ordering again from you.

Not really Happy first picture much smaller than I thought, I ordered a larger one was on offer for the smaller price. The larger one I ordered came today, it not straight on the frame very Disappointed.

Quality of workmanship low. Took too long to dispatch

Order to ages to dispatch, online tracker said it had been collected when it hadn't. Pictures look rushed when they have been attached with the staples to the board. Has ripples in the canvas.

The photo I sent you for the canvas was stretched too much at the top, so much so it has cut out the top of the boys heads, where as it could have been pulled down at the bottom, not happy!!!!
