I forwarded two of my favourite photos for large acrylic prints. I was a little apprehensive at first as I've never used this company before and thought I was either going to be really pleased or very disappointed. One of my prints was a night time shot taken in Bruges where light levels were low and I wasn't expecting too much from this one. The other was taken of the Rialto Bridge in Venice. Both photos were taken on my Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra camera phone.
I am happy to report that they arrived yesterday and the finished quality is superb 👌. They look very professional and I am planning to send off my next photo for a similar print.
I was also impressed with the ease of ordering.
As you see in the canvas below I did not center it properly check out the two top corners pity they didn't contact me before printing I have took a screenshot when ordering and it looked ok it must have moved as I was buying it. Delivery was very long and days kept changing as this is a present the anniversary is now over and the only place for that canvas is in the bin I will buy elsewhere my picture is cheap for a reason Buy Elsewhere
Very unhappy with the quality of 'paper' that the photo has been printed on. Ordered large canvas & areas of photo had already flaked off in the post. Canvases are usually covered with a textured, more 'rubbery' material. This is very thin.

Very inflexible and slow delivery
Shortly after ordering I realised that I had missed an image out so I emailed to ask if the image could be added to the order so it didn't incur extra postage.
Customer service response the next day was pretty much "you're out of luck". I wasn't asking to remove or swap tiles but to increase the size of my order but MyPicture weren't interested.
Then, the production was finished on 16/5 but tiles weren't received until 24/5. This is a long delivery time.
Very disappointing.

The pics are nice but delivery was horrible! All of my parcels were delivered to the parcel shop instead and UPS never even notified me. I only found out my parcels were there cos I decided to track them.

Resolution and contrast below the expected standard , the subject (which was spherical in the original was not in the print) failed to reach the expected standard and therefore not value for money..
