I forwarded two of my favourite photos for large acrylic prints. I was a little apprehensive at first as I've never used this company before and thought I was either going to be really pleased or very disappointed. One of my prints was a night time shot taken in Bruges where light levels were low and I wasn't expecting too much from this one. The other was taken of the Rialto Bridge in Venice. Both photos were taken on my Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra camera phone.
I am happy to report that they arrived yesterday and the finished quality is superb 👌. They look very professional and I am planning to send off my next photo for a similar print.
I was also impressed with the ease of ordering.

As you see in the canvas below I did not center it properly check out the two top corners pity they didn't contact me before printing I have took a screenshot when ordering and it looked ok it must have moved as I was buying it. Delivery was very long and days kept changing as this is a present the anniversary is now over and the only place for that canvas is in the bin I will buy elsewhere my picture is cheap for a reason Buy Elsewhere

Not great!
The picture took so long to come and its nit a great print its blurry and a bit distorted. The frame was lovely and well packed but not to impressed with the finished product.

When you start with a lie, things aren`t looking good.
Let`s start with the fact the company is based on a lie. The .co.uk is a deception, this company is in germany, which is why a lot of complaints are about delivery time. Why deceive?
Print is ok, canvass is VERY thin, you can see through it. Can`t recommend and I won't use them again.

POOR PACKAGING, OUR PRINTS WERE CREASED THROUGH APPARENT ROUGH HANDLING DURING TRANSIT - PIC SHOWS CRUSHED BOX.
THE PRINTS THEMSELVES ARE GOOD QUALITY THOUGH, IN OUR CASE, UNUSABLE DUE TO DAMAGE SUSTAINED - REALLY DISAPPOINTING....

Blamed the ups delivery company but ups said they didn’t receive my package for 10 days after the label was printed. Was meant to be a gift so really disappointed. Won’t be purchasing from here again.

The picture is OK (imperfection on the nose which wasn't on the original) but delivery was a shambles. First due Thursday, then Friday, then Monday and then, eventually Tuesday- too late for father's day. Very dissatisfied with ups, the chosen courier.

Happy with product but delivery performance is poor.
Delivery kept being changed. Parcel had to be signed for which is ok but estimated delivery time is given as 'end of day' ??
You wait in all day and then your parcel doesn't get delivered.
