I forwarded two of my favourite photos for large acrylic prints. I was a little apprehensive at first as I've never used this company before and thought I was either going to be really pleased or very disappointed. One of my prints was a night time shot taken in Bruges where light levels were low and I wasn't expecting too much from this one. The other was taken of the Rialto Bridge in Venice. Both photos were taken on my Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra camera phone. I am happy to report that they arrived yesterday and the finished quality is superb 👌. They look very professional and I am planning to send off my next photo for a similar print. I was also impressed with the ease of ordering.

As you see in the canvas below I did not center it properly check out the two top corners pity they didn't contact me before printing I have took a screenshot when ordering and it looked ok it must have moved as I was buying it. Delivery was very long and days kept changing as this is a present the anniversary is now over and the only place for that canvas is in the bin I will buy elsewhere my picture is cheap for a reason Buy Elsewhere

Slow delivery, poor customer service

Slow delivery, poor customer service. Made outside the UK and took over 2 weeks from order to arrive. Emails to customer service were pointless as replies of ‘it’s on its way, or replying once delivered (days following email) with ‘we can see it’s arrived now’ Spammed with nunneries emails trying to sell me further products in the meantime Quality isn’t the best, Won’t be using again

Disappointed with quality. It was a photo of an original painting done by my late father in law as a Christmas present to my husband. I ordered a smaller version from FreePrints for my daughter and it is excellent. Whether it didn’t translate to a bigger size I don’t know but it’s disappointing all the same. Tried to give feedback on complaints page but it wouldn’t send.

Pictures slightly blurry and not the best quality also it looks like someone has stood on the canvas before it’s been shipped there is marks all over it. Also from the day of order until the day it was received was 9 days which isn’t great I’ve ordered from other sites before and received in less than a week. Very disappointed with my order

Took a week longer than the estimated time to be made. Took another week to give to delivery courier. Quality of print is alright but the frame is crooked. There’s no damage so i doubt it was the fault of delivery. For the long wait time you get showered in vouchers although with my experience I’m not going to use them.

Within 24 hours I contacted customer service to change the size to be be told my order had already been printed, but then I had to continually ask where my order was and it took 3 weeks to be delivered, I find it hard to believe that my order had been done within 24hours but could take so long to be delivered

I was very disappointed on opening the parcel the quality is poor . Probably because the picture was too small for the size I requested it to be enlarged to , to be fair . If so I never received correspondence asking me to choose a smaller size . As it was for an aniversary gift I was so disappointed

I provided my full address in the sales order. Your confirmation of receipt did not include the house name. I spoke to MyPicture and the house name was added. Your delivery contractor claimed they were not given the house name and failed to deliver until after my daughter's birthday

Very disappointed that I could not hang my framed prints when I received them. There were no hooks on the back. After raising this with you, I am told that sets of hooks are available at an extra cost. It would have been more helpful to know this at the time of placing the order.

Picture is great but took an age to arrive. Usually go for one particular size throughpicanova but they didn’t do what I needed so thought I’d try my- picture which also didn’t do the size either. A compromise all the way but it’s here now and great to review the holiday memory

I was very excited about this coming but when it arrived it was so blurry and it only say in the middle of the glass block when it was suppose to cover the whole glass. I'm very disappointed as it was a very special birthday gift and now I can't use it.

Total lack of communication, no tracking detail, no-one to contact to find out order information. When you look up order info, states still in production yet it has now arrived. Sort your system out else it's a no from me or any person whom asks
