I forwarded two of my favourite photos for large acrylic prints. I was a little apprehensive at first as I've never used this company before and thought I was either going to be really pleased or very disappointed. One of my prints was a night time shot taken in Bruges where light levels were low and I wasn't expecting too much from this one. The other was taken of the Rialto Bridge in Venice. Both photos were taken on my Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra camera phone. I am happy to report that they arrived yesterday and the finished quality is superb 👌. They look very professional and I am planning to send off my next photo for a similar print. I was also impressed with the ease of ordering.

As you see in the canvas below I did not center it properly check out the two top corners pity they didn't contact me before printing I have took a screenshot when ordering and it looked ok it must have moved as I was buying it. Delivery was very long and days kept changing as this is a present the anniversary is now over and the only place for that canvas is in the bin I will buy elsewhere my picture is cheap for a reason Buy Elsewhere

MY PARTNER SURPRISED ME WITH ONE OF MY PICTURES AND GOT MY PICTURE TO PRINT AND PUT INTO A BIG FRAME WITH MOUNT. APPARENTLY, I PERSONALLY WOULD HAVE CHOSED A DIFFERENT PICTURE. I ATTEMPTED TO TAKE OUT THE PICTURE FROM THE FRAME AND LO AND BEHOLD THE BACKING WOULD NOT COME OFF AS IT HAD BEEN GLUED DOWN! WHEN I COMPLAINED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE, THE SAID "OH THAT IS HOW IT COMES". I SAID "I WANT TO TAKE THE PICTURE OUT". SHE THEN SAID "WELL YOU CANNOT UNLESS YOU DAMAGE IT IN THE PROCESS". SO NOW I AM LEFT WITH A LARGE PICTURE AND FRAME WHICH I STUCK IN THE SHED! I WILLL NOT BE PURCHASING ANYTHING ELSE FROM THIS AWFUL COMPANY. BE WARNED!

Cheaply built

I ordered an print plus the frame and paid £50 reduced from £90. The frame is the expensive part and it's really disappointing to see they've glued the backboard into it so you can't change the print. I've never seen this before, you normally get fold over clips to fix them in. If you want to change the print you can't do it. If you need to adjust it you can't. You'll have to bin it or take it to the tip and buy something new. Really disappointing to see when you it cost so much. It's wasteful, cheap and lazy. I should have just brought a print and frame from somewhere else.

Poor quality control

Twice now when ordering acrylic pictures although the images are fine the finishing when cutting the acrylic on both pictures has been dreadful. With the first 100cmx50 cm image the cutting process removed some of the print itself and had to be replaced. With the second image i have sent and have just received the cutting of the acrylic has led to chipping along every edge of the picture, which i am sure will be replaced but the finishing and quality control is of the company is very poor

Very inflexible and slow delivery

Shortly after ordering I realised that I had missed an image out so I emailed to ask if the image could be added to the order so it didn't incur extra postage. Customer service response the next day was pretty much "you're out of luck". I wasn't asking to remove or swap tiles but to increase the size of my order but MyPicture weren't interested. Then, the production was finished on 16/5 but tiles weren't received until 24/5. This is a long delivery time. Very disappointing.

Placed my order on the 14th of June.. order didn't arrive until 28th. UPS delivery service is absolute s**t I ordered 2 canvas an a mug. 1 canvas is absolutely lovely the mug was fantastic but 1 canvas is awful the photo is so dark can't even work out one of the faces. Just really nit happy with it. Wouldn't recommend mainly because the legth of delivery time. Maybe use a different delivery service.

Order took 2 weeks - poor communication

The site claimed to despatch canvas within 24 hours. I had a week to order a gift and i assumed this would be enough time. When my order status had not changed for 4 days I emailed to ask what was going on. The reply I had was very generic ‘perhaps we received a high number of orders that day, or perhaps there was a problem’. I replied asking if they could check and find out about my order and not just generalise. I was told perhaps it will still arrive in time. When the status eventually changed to despatched and I got the courier link, it took the courier a week to schedule the delivery. Again I emailed to say why is it taking so long, the reply was ‘UPS are receiving a lot of orders so please give them more time’. Not really acceptable especially after production delays with no good reason. Why wasn’t I time to expect delays if you knew courier was overwhelmed? Again I messaged to say I was unhappy and they offered a 30% discount on next order which is not to be used with other offers. I said that’s insulting considering there is 85% discount currently on the site. This company needs to be honest with customers and say currently taking 2 weeks to ship orders. Also when a customer enquires, give an actual answer and not just a generic response. Tell the truth and stop glossing over the facts. I won’t be using again and would urge people to factor in several weeks when ordering. It’s a shame to be so let down by production, communication and courier. The products themselves were satisfactory. I gave the company several chances to come back with a personal response and this did not happen. Hence my poor review to help others make better choices.

Mixed quality in products received , I don’t agree with the reasoning for the poor quality. Be very careful in agreeing the terms and conditions. The company is administered in Germany and the laws are apparently different. I recommended this company to others based on price however was embarrassed to have done so when reviewing the questionable quality . I was offered a free canvas as a gesture of goodwill which I will accept though but under duress. The items were delivered by Yodel and the first two of three orders received were dumped outside my front door , one of them in the pouring rain and left there for half a day until I came home. I am awaiting delivery number three despite my request to cancel it) all orders made before receiving order number one which was my huge mistake) and have minimal faith and confidence in both the product and the method of delivery.

Picture is great but I doubt I would buy from you again due to the appalling courier service- UPS- that you employ. Delivery date was changed 3 times. On eventual due Delivery day, I waited all day, only to get a message at 6p.m. saying it wouldn't be delivered and the driver had returned to the depot. UPS also do not give you a time slot, so you are forced to miss a whole day's work or more if your parcel is returned to the depot. Why not use a firm like DPD? Even a UPS manager admitted to me that their systems are antiquated compared to other couriers. Please sort so that I can buy from you with confidence in the future.

Good quality product, but ..............

Website quoted 4 - 6 working days for delivery. Order did not arrive, so I contacted MyPicture Customer Services, who said order was with UPS. Checked with UPS, who said they had not received it. In further phone call to MyPicture and four emails from UPS, each party blamed the other for non delivery. Varying delivery dates were given. This type of service is simply unacceptable, with the customer being left in limbo. Quality of the finished product is good, but beware of ordering from this company if items are required by a deadline.

Not worth the cost.

Having received the framed picture I bought, I am disappointed by the quality of the frame, given the price. I paid £49, which was a discounted price and yet it still feels grossly overpriced for such a cheap frame. The picture is sealed in with hot glue, which makes changing a picture in the frame difficult to change. This service is just not at all worth the cost. You’re far better off having photos printed and posted to you and spending the money on a nice frame you find in store or online.

Absurdly long waiting time for order fulfillment and delivery. Delivery date repeatedly rescheduled. If you are doing something for your client, DEFINITELY LOOK FOR ANOTHER COMPANY. The quality of the prints is tolerable, but nothing extraordinary, it's ok for home, not for an exhibition in the gallery. In general, I believe that it is a company that creates products at the level of the needs of the average amateur. Advanced amateurs looking for extra quality may not be satisfied.

Pictures are ok but the hanger sets which I paid extra for are absolute rubbish & unusable! Firstly I was bitterly disappointed that this was not fitted to the frame and secondly, the metal securing click the two holes punched are not in line so the screw will not fit through it so they are totally unusable. Photo attached. Bitterly disappointed had I wanted to fit this to the frame myself I would’ve bought better quality fixing kit from town as these are really cheap and nasty.

My order took so long to get to me. The choice of courier was not right for this order. I had messages saying ‘didn’t clear customs’ and ‘it will be delivered today’ in one message. Then another saying it will be delivered between ‘4.15pm & 8.15pm’ it arrived at 9.08AM Customer services just kept repeating what the courier app was saying. They offered a discount for my next order….. there will not be another order UNLESS they change couriers. The canvases are of good quality.

Complete waste of money

I have used other sites in the past for canvas printing etc and each time if the image has not been of a high enough resolution you are alerted and have the choice to continue on or not. Sadly not on this site. The result delivered (very slowly btw) looks horrendous, nothing like the original picture. Anyone in the production phase would be able to see that unless it's all completely automated and a human being is not present for quality control. Complete waste of money.

Very disappointed

Well, I ordered my picture about 2weeks ago to make sure I will have the canvas for my best grandma's funeral but unfortunately it haven't arrived in time so it made me really disappointed and sad 😥 Had to order an other one from different company and of corse costed me a lots of money and stress. This was my 2nd time ordering from my picture and at first I thought just had some unlucky days and gave and other chance to it but 2weeks still wasn't enough....

Dented picture & slow system.

One of my pictures was not stretched properly on the frame and had a dent, it's useless. I phoned in and the customer service lady asked me to send photos/videos of the item, which I did, I have not received any response and it's only a few days until Christmas so I don't know if this could be replaced before... It's very frustrating how slow your system works.

Poor Packaging & Presentation

While the puzzle image quality was good I was shocked to receive it just in plastic wrapping without a proper container or box. This really undermines the idea of gifting this item as it massively cheapens the item and gesture. I cannot believe a box isn't included given the price. I would not recommend Mypicture or use it again.

Delivery

Disappointed not to receive canvas by Christmas day it was a special gift although there was a delivery time frame they guaranteed 24hr dispatch I ordered on 15th still not received that's been well over the 24hr I believe I would have received it if they had dispatched on time. Won't be using service again.

When you start with a lie, things aren`t looking good.

Let`s start with the fact the company is based on a lie. The .co.uk is a deception, this company is in germany, which is why a lot of complaints are about delivery time. Why deceive? Print is ok, canvass is VERY thin, you can see through it. Can`t recommend and I won't use them again.

Blury

Don't print an image that is blury, it looks perfectly clear on my laptop and phone, yet the exact same image I sent has arrived completely blury. You should take note and contact the customer to let them know before printing and sending it off to be delivered.
