Most items are of poor quality e.g. frame split, doesn’t house print without it moving around inside and no hanging mechanism on the back of frame (I understand that this is sold separately but I’ve never seen a frame where they aren’t already on. Cynical way of making the customer spend more).

Easy to navigate website. I have used several times, mostly satisfied, however each delivery has been a day or so late. Having said that, the communication has been great and I was never left in limbo. It will not stop me using MYPICTURE again. In fact, I have an order in place at the moment.

Very easy to use the website. First picture took a little while to arrive but others have been quicker.

Very pleased indeed with quality and speed but not the tracking the order system.

My pictures can back half body about 3 of them very disappointed

The finish on the product was awful. The foam The photo was stuck to was visible making it unsightly to put on wall. My complaint was done by a chat line robot which finished with someone would contact me but have just seen that a replacement order is in the way. What is the point if the product is going to be put together in the same way! Would just be nice to speak to someone. Other companies do a far superior product.

Lovely photos but took longer to arrive than anticipated. Dispatched quickly but took over a week to arrive.

Ordered on 8 May 2023. Order was delivered by Royal Mail on 18th May. 10 days. Took longer than my expectations. But was all good 😊.

The book came with the pages in the wrong order to how I'd edited and made it. I checked multiple times as I made it, and got friends to as well. When checking through the preview (which was different to the one it shows when you click to order the book) after ordering I noticed the pages were in the wrong order. I asked for it to be cancelled and refunded before production was complete. I was told they would look into it, and would receive an email. This never happened. I got an email the following day saying production was completed. Nothing to say when it was shipped, it just arrived with pages in the wrong order. I asked MULTIPLE times before it was finished in production for it to be cancelled and refunded. Awful customer services. Never had a problem with canvases, but picture book was terrible.

Using their service is very straightforward. Uploading the image choosing the frame etc. was a piece of cake. The only thing that I was a little upset about was that I ordered the additional sawtooth to be put onto the frame which I paid for. I'm receiving the framed picture I noticed that the sawtooth for hanging was nowhere to be found. I have tried to contact customer service, but I am unable to get anyone on the phone. But all in all the frame, the photo shipping everything was spot on, and the picture does look amazing.

I ordered two pictures for two separate people as gifts. I wrote messages for both recipients. However, neither recipient received the gift message.

I'm very happy with the picture.

I was nit offered a preview of what my prints would look like. When they arrived they were printed across the canvas with massive white blocks.... not happy at all £110 wasted with no offer to reprint

My wife was delighted with her birthday present showing “mana” with her grandson. It hangs in place where she can see it as soon as she wakes up in the morning. The picture did take 5 days to arrive. Not the fault of the manufacturer, but of the courier. Unfortunately it was due to this that the gift arrived after her birthday.
