I forwarded two of my favourite photos for large acrylic prints. I was a little apprehensive at first as I've never used this company before and thought I was either going to be really pleased or very disappointed. One of my prints was a night time shot taken in Bruges where light levels were low and I wasn't expecting too much from this one. The other was taken of the Rialto Bridge in Venice. Both photos were taken on my Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra camera phone. I am happy to report that they arrived yesterday and the finished quality is superb 👌. They look very professional and I am planning to send off my next photo for a similar print. I was also impressed with the ease of ordering.

As you see in the canvas below I did not center it properly check out the two top corners pity they didn't contact me before printing I have took a screenshot when ordering and it looked ok it must have moved as I was buying it. Delivery was very long and days kept changing as this is a present the anniversary is now over and the only place for that canvas is in the bin I will buy elsewhere my picture is cheap for a reason Buy Elsewhere

Poor quality

The quality of the printing really isn’t very good. I was very unhappy with a jigsaw I ordered and complained and then used this voucher to buy some canvasses which are also not great quality - it’s mainly the colours that are the issue. The prices are good but I doubt I’ll be using you again

Poor customer service

The customer service is extremely poor and completely unwilling to help I placed my order on a Saturday evening and realised I’d chosen the wrong size so I messaged straight away and directly through the chat options to see if I could change the size which the answer was no they didn’t even try to change it and I’m sure they could have at least tried as the picture didn’t arrive until two weeks later so I’m sure they could have at least attempted to edit my order

The order came very late, when I checked on the order you simply said that it was my fault even though it was a lot later than it should have been. Also the quality of the rectangle pictures is a little blurry. I will not be recommending or using again.

When I sent the picture through I didn’t realize that their was a highlighted area Honi.Soit.Qui.Mal.Y.Pense. that had red underline as it wasn’t recognized what it meant. To my horror when the poster came through unfortunately it still had the red underline underneath??

It took 12 days to arrive and it's bad quality, had contacted by email twice and both times referred to tracking. Requested a refund, that was ignored. Don't use this company!
