I forwarded two of my favourite photos for large acrylic prints. I was a little apprehensive at first as I've never used this company before and thought I was either going to be really pleased or very disappointed. One of my prints was a night time shot taken in Bruges where light levels were low and I wasn't expecting too much from this one. The other was taken of the Rialto Bridge in Venice. Both photos were taken on my Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra camera phone. I am happy to report that they arrived yesterday and the finished quality is superb 👌. They look very professional and I am planning to send off my next photo for a similar print. I was also impressed with the ease of ordering.

As you see in the canvas below I did not center it properly check out the two top corners pity they didn't contact me before printing I have took a screenshot when ordering and it looked ok it must have moved as I was buying it. Delivery was very long and days kept changing as this is a present the anniversary is now over and the only place for that canvas is in the bin I will buy elsewhere my picture is cheap for a reason Buy Elsewhere

Personalised Towel

The quality of the towel is terrible quality. I spoke to two online advisors previous to purchasing and had conflicting information when asking about the quality and the differences between the bath towel and the beach towel. The first one told me that the beach towel was of thinner quality and the bath towel was thicker and more Suitable for everyday home use which is what I wanted it for. The second told me that both towels Were of the same quality and it didn’t matter. So I just assumed that either way I would have a nice thick fluffy good quality towel. As you can see by the picture, the towel is so thin it wouldn’t dry much at all and certainly isn’t suitable for every day use!! The picture itself was ok but I was very disappointed with the quality of it. I contacted customer services voicing my dissatisfaction about their product and after a couple of emails back and forth, as far as they are concerned I am a valued customer but the towel adheres to the website description (despite it being too thin and more like a microfibre cloth you would do your cleaning with) and they’re willing to offer me a 50 percent discount voucher against another purchase as a gesture of good will!! No thank You, not good enough!! If this was an item I had purchased from a store or could have seen the quality of it before hand I would be demanding a refund or I simply would not have purchased it!! I would never have paid over £35 for a towel if I thought for one second it was going to be the quality that I received! I would not purchase anything from this shop again and I really feel like a lot of These internet based shops take advantage of us as customers when purchasing online!! Poor customer service to match the poor quality of their merchandise!!

Would be zero if it would let me. I contacted customer service on more than one occasion about my order delivery and it was hard to get an agent as option I needed wasn't shown and I kept saying none and this went on for few times then had to wait for agent and the first agent just kept fobbing me off with one thing or other and I waited the days she told me but nothing changed so again I tried to get customer service and it was same rigmarole to get agent and she asked me for details I'd already given and said I was so disappointed with last agent fobbing me off and this agent was the same and I said on more than one occasion NOT to send me vouchers as I won't be needing them after this poor service but also NOT ask me to rate the service provided and even these 2 requests were ignored by agent. The delivery arrived eventually no thanks to your agents cause they done heehaw work to look into my problem and just kept fobbing me off and even left the chat, they just clicked button that ended chat and sent be vouchers and to rate the agent specifically after I told them not to bother. I am so angry and disappointed at the service I received.

Good material but disappointed with print

Bought as a present with photos of pets that have passed in a tribute collage but they didn't let me know that the edges of the design would be cut off and I lost parts of the the collage due to it. My mother of course loves it anyway and says it's a lovely soft material but I was disappointed that my collage edges were lost due to no border warning in the photo uploading process. For the money I paid I expected better. You can see in the attached photos how the head was almost cut completely off the dog in the top left and the bottom the photos are cut in half. I live away from home so I am taking my mum's word for the material quality. I wouldn't buy again due to how badly the image was printed. I mean who cuts the heads off animals in designs? Surely they should have known to resize it if not given the choice to make sure it's within a certain border. I was excited about this for mum but I'm disappointed with the outcome. I would return it but then that's more expense for nothing

Your Customer service sucks. When contacted about the delay with my order the advisor I spoke to could give a *uck. Yodel the courier company you use is equally as poor as your customer service, if not worse. They email to say it’s out for delivery last Tuesday. It was not received. It was out again on Wednesday. Still not received. Yodels tracking app says it’s at their depot. I go to the depot to collect the item and guess what? It’s not there. The delivery driver failed to deliver it on 2 consecutive days where it’s still in Yodels possession. The young Woman I spoke to at Yodel and showed the email stating it was out for delivery on Tuesday is going to try to get my parcel delivered today. I’m not holding out hope of it ever being delivered by Yodel. You should do yourselves a favour…..use a different courier company!!

Canvas quality was OK. That's it though

Canvas quality was OK. Nothing to write joke about. The pictures looked good on them, but they should do as they were profession quality photos. However, delivery was horrendous. I was told by My Picture that the order was completed and with the courier. The courier didn't actually have the parcel until 4 days after this date!! They then took a further week to deliver it. I needed items when they said they would be here. I will never use the company again, based on this, hence the 1 star score. Since learnt they are based in Germany, so will use UK based companies from now on, to ensure smooth delivery

1. Website/app does not have option to drag & resize the uploaded photo. The corners of the photo has got folded in the frame. Processing photo and frame took around days, at least processing unit should have ensured photo fits well in the frame. 2. Time taken to deliver photo was too much. Took almost 10 days to process. Previously i had ordered similar service from the US and got delivered to UK within a week, moreover quality was better, much brighter, frame was better too compared to this one. On the whole, i felt this was not worth for what i had spent on it.

Terrible broken product and terrible service to rectify

Terrible product . Arrived very damaged. Told refund not possible under T and C and under T and C will only make 2 more attempts to resend even if continues to arrive broken . Trying to order replacement terrible too. Rather than just resending am being told I need to go back to website and order with incomprehensible instructions to get a free order which asks me again for payment details and to tick their T and C which I don’t want to do as could easily end up being charged again. I doubt these T and C even meet consumer regulations

Ordered a second canvas with you and it took least two week to receive it as I didn't get much up dates from you on my delivery and your service is very poor as when you finished doing my canvas it kept saying in transit from the 15th off march when I ordered it and not very good at sending parcels to yodel on time and I waited nearly week to hear updates from you and would like a refund after all the hassle and problems I had and it effects my heath which is fragile x syndrome which effects my brain

Arrived without a box. There is nothing on the website to state that it doesn’t come in a box, when I contacted customer services they just told me there is nothing to state it does either. I don’t understand why you would have a jigsaw puzzle without a box. A basic ‘it’s your tough luck’ attitude from them. How am I supposed to give this to my niece without it having a box, absolutely ridiculous! Offered me money off my next order…. Why would I order anything else when I’m unhappy with this order!

I would like A full refund as I am not satisfied with how long it taken to come. I have ordered. I ordered it for Valentine’s Day didn’t receive it only received it on Monday. No longer need the items if you can can arrange for them to be collected as I am very upset with the Service when I was ordering, it said guaranteed for delivery for Valentine’s Day please resolve the matter by giving me a refund and take your items back. I will never be using this service again.
