I forwarded two of my favourite photos for large acrylic prints. I was a little apprehensive at first as I've never used this company before and thought I was either going to be really pleased or very disappointed. One of my prints was a night time shot taken in Bruges where light levels were low and I wasn't expecting too much from this one. The other was taken of the Rialto Bridge in Venice. Both photos were taken on my Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra camera phone. I am happy to report that they arrived yesterday and the finished quality is superb 👌. They look very professional and I am planning to send off my next photo for a similar print. I was also impressed with the ease of ordering.

As you see in the canvas below I did not center it properly check out the two top corners pity they didn't contact me before printing I have took a screenshot when ordering and it looked ok it must have moved as I was buying it. Delivery was very long and days kept changing as this is a present the anniversary is now over and the only place for that canvas is in the bin I will buy elsewhere my picture is cheap for a reason Buy Elsewhere

time taken to arrive - becomes a memory!

The excitement of placing an order to put those important photos on the wall become a memory itself given the length of time for the canvas frames to arrive. One the five canvas prints is quite floppy given that it was not well stretched onto the frame. They were quite reasonably priced; but no extras to get them faster!

Prices reasonable but delivery time…

Prices are reasonable but delivery time very poor and customer service seems non existent. I tried chasing up my orders but got no help. They market themselves as a U.K. company with co.U.K website but they’re in Germany. Took 2 weeks to receive delivery and Yodel was just as bad. Won’t use again. Sorry.

Finishing very poor. Canvas not cut square so crooked in frame. Used MYPICTURE many times and things seem not to be as good as previous. Delivery took 2 weeks . Did get updated which was good customer service. The finish however of the canvas very poor. How this wasn't picked up before sending amazes me.

Poor quality

The quality of the printing really isn’t very good. I was very unhappy with a jigsaw I ordered and complained and then used this voucher to buy some canvasses which are also not great quality - it’s mainly the colours that are the issue. The prices are good but I doubt I’ll be using you again

Print was wrong size on arrival.

Print, a single print out, took well over a week to be delivered and when arrived was not printed to size that was requested. Not worth the hassle to return or refund or anything. Print quality was good and I'm sure the wait is due to popularity and demand from bigger customers.

When I sent the picture through I didn’t realize that their was a highlighted area Honi.Soit.Qui.Mal.Y.Pense. that had red underline as it wasn’t recognized what it meant. To my horror when the poster came through unfortunately it still had the red underline underneath??

The order came very late, when I checked on the order you simply said that it was my fault even though it was a lot later than it should have been. Also the quality of the rectangle pictures is a little blurry. I will not be recommending or using again.

Had to chase order after 7 days as had not left supplier as they had stated. Chased again to be advised that they had only just sent the order, but still no scans with the delivery co. Finally arrived after 12 days. Pleased with quality of print though.

Time from order to delivery was too long

Time from order to delivery was way too long and the constant daily emails after placing the order trying to get you to purchase more items having not seen the item ordered first was unacceptable for a business wanting to create customer satisfaction.

Only 2 of the 7 ordered are any good. Heads cut off and out of line, not covering canvas. Total waste of money. Used another company recently and none of these issues even though pictures I sent were poor quality. Lesson learned for me, don't bother

Dispatch is slow

Product is first class but dispatch is very very slow. Item was finished, but sat in the warehouse for 6 days before leaving the warehouse in Germany. However when the item arrived, I was very impressed, really good quality at a great price.

My Wife’s 50th Birthday RUINED!!!!

My Wife’s 50th Birthday present ordered from MyPicture was left by my dustbin, 20 minutes later it was thrown in the dustcart 3 dats before her 50th having ordered 4 weeks before in order for delivery!!!! RUINED MY WIFE’s 50th BIRTHDAY!!!!

Some good and some bad.

Ordered 3 canvases, the colours and exposure on one are good, on one just acceptable and one not too good (blue/cyan cast and underexposed). Delivery took a week, but once Yodel had the parcel the delivery was very quick and painless.

Puzzle fine, packaging very poor.

The puzzle itself is fine but the packaging leaves a lot to be desired! When I opened the envelope several pieces were loose. Surely it could have been mounted on low-tack film. I have spent some time creating more secure packaging.

Sorry the jigsaw looks great BUT!!

Sorry the jigsaw looks great, the only trouble is it has one piece missing. I was going to give it to my great granddaughter when she visits tomorrow but now I shall have to go out and buy her something else. Julie Creamer.

1 of my photos had the heads chopped off and they have come out very dark. I have just printed off some of the photos myself and stuck them over the top. I will not be ordering again, feel like I've just thrown my money away

The worst picture I've ever seen, all out of focus, and my brothers gead chopped off which upset me greatly as he's just died of cancer age 57. U broke my heard when the picture arrived, I'm absolutely disgusted..

When you send a photo to go on a mug you expect the whole photo to be on the mug not just the bottom half, when you complain you expect a reply. I have added a photo of the mug and a photo that l wanted on the mug

You can improve deliveries

You can improve by getting a decent delivery company. YODEL are awful. They take no notice of the customers requests like leaving with a nominated neighbour. Instead it’s just thrown on the floor without knocking

Shipping time was stated 5-10 working days but waited longer than this with no updates whatsoever. I reached out to the company for updates and eventually got the updates I needed. Poor service.
