Took a long time for delivery, was given several delivery dates which didn't happen, also slightly disappointed in the picture quality

The picture was all slanty wasn’t straight no good to me I don’t want replacement I would like a refund

One of the pictures was a bit fuzzy, when I uploaded the image it should have told me the quality wouldn't have been that good to print not allowed it anyway.

Colour, too much blue in the picture

Wrong picture sent and delivery time to put right would not meant not available as a present.

Paid £7 for postage and took over two weeks from when the canvas was done to actually getting it, very poor

My canvas I can not hang on the wall as it as the website page on it absalute gutted as it cost me 50 pounds and was ment to be a sentimental gift

I was not happy with my picture my daughter law head was cut off just wasted money on it had to order small one very up set

I cannot argue with the price, very good, especially with the discounts. The picture itself also cam out good, unlike some other canvas prints I've had from other company's. The framing of the canvas option though is poor. This I wouldn't recommend. Big gaps in the joins on the corner, also the canvas was mounted not straight.I would also recommend that they fit the mounts for hanging if you pay for them. There not easy to get on and very risky at marking/tearing the canvas while struggling to get the small screws in the frame.

The offers only related to larger pictures so I went for larger ones to help save money but it's too big. I wish I had the offer on the smaller picture instead

Mug so small was a picture of me and my wife only comes up to our chins could be anybody

I order a picture and was told i had a deal Free picture and only pay delivery £6 So i ordered the pic in 20/20 and had to pay for the whole thing .£12.00 When i first called them about it they told me that the deal only lasted a month. So i repyed to them stating the was no date on the deal They replied saying they made a mistake there is no date ,then told me i couldnt have the deal because i ordered the wrong size .Which is a joke considering it was a smaller pic . They preceeded and gave me another deal I wouldnt mind they never offered me my money back Its not even about the money at least give me a choice especially after admission of the deal date Great picture customer service is CRAP

MY PARTNER SURPRISED ME WITH ONE OF MY PICTURES AND GOT MY PICTURE TO PRINT AND PUT INTO A BIG FRAME WITH MOUNT. APPARENTLY, I PERSONALLY WOULD HAVE CHOSED A DIFFERENT PICTURE. I ATTEMPTED TO TAKE OUT THE PICTURE FROM THE FRAME AND LO AND BEHOLD THE BACKING WOULD NOT COME OFF AS IT HAD BEEN GLUED DOWN! WHEN I COMPLAINED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE, THE SAID "OH THAT IS HOW IT COMES". I SAID "I WANT TO TAKE THE PICTURE OUT". SHE THEN SAID "WELL YOU CANNOT UNLESS YOU DAMAGE IT IN THE PROCESS". SO NOW I AM LEFT WITH A LARGE PICTURE AND FRAME WHICH I STUCK IN THE SHED! I WILLL NOT BE PURCHASING ANYTHING ELSE FROM THIS AWFUL COMPANY. BE WARNED!
