In fairness the framed photo was excellent it was the delivery I had issues with. I rang twice and no one was able to help; I feel it is Royal Mail that is the problem. I wasn't able to track the picture until the day before it arrived, it took much longer than expected, even on the day the timings kept changing.

I inform you that I have received a parcel from you with my last order 03/06/2023, 12:54 AM UKA39904218709 I received the package from the courier. It had no signs of damage. however, after unpacking, it turned out that the roll containing the printed posters was pressed, broked in one place. This may indicate that the damage occurred before or during packaging. I have attached photos showing disqualifying damage and creases. Posters are not suitable for display, and that was their purpose. As your regular customer, I am sorry that you did not take care to ensure that the ordered posters reached me in good condition and good quality. I expect from you proposals for compensation and compensation for the losses suffered. Kind regards Wieslaw Falkowski

The picture took 10 days to arrive, when advised as 24 hour dispatch. Very dlow, and we missed the birthday it was planned for.

Excellent service apart from the delivery,, ,, delivery date changed 3 times ,, had too wait over the delivery time,, and was hoping it came on time as it was a birthday treat,, so very disappointed,,,, and iv still not received it at the present moment

Discussed with my picture was half a picture never order again offered me a free print as a good will joke picture black top and bottom I’m having too cut it down customer service man on phone sounds like he’s on drugs and put phone down on me when I was talking to him

Delivery was delayed but product is lovely

Delivery kept being changed. Parcel had to be signed for which is ok but estimated delivery time is given as 'end of day' ?? You wait in all day and then your parcel doesn't get delivered.

Ordered 2 and second one arrived first by royal mail.First was supposed to be delivered by ups on Wednesday. Waited in but not delivered.It arrived following day but not in so had to collect from local shop.Not happy.

my order didn't come in time and as it was a father's day present i couldn't take a chance that it wouldn't be delivered in time so i had to go out and buy another present for my Grandson to give his Dad.It may have only been a day late on june 15th but i paid for it on the 2 nd of june so 13 days is a bit much to wait,i have used quite a few other companies and only waited 5/7 days so i wouldn't use this company again to be honest

Took me asking via chat to get the order shipped

The quality of the frames was very poor, clearly rushed and badly made where corners had gaps and will lodge a complaint

Long delivery times Beautiful product absolutley adore for incredible prices but delivery was around 10 days.

The service was good from start to finish but both images are dark where as the original photos were not

2 of the 5 magnets were fine but the other 3 we're stuck together and when took apart the picture was ruined. So for future reference you should package them separately so this doesn't happen.

Whilst the quality of the product is excellent and the tracking is really good. The product room 8 days to be created (despite the website quoting 1) and then 4 weeks to be delivered. It was a birthday present that was very lage.

The picture was sent to me not has I ordered it I put some writing at the bottom and that was removed they used a smaller frame and I lost the bottom part of the picture as you can see the feet of the animal was tucked under, when I reached out to the company they actually put the finished product mistakes on me, avoid this company. As you can see they managed to put what I had written on over merchandise they wanted me to buy

Normally all products are very good but one of the pictures this time was damaged in that the picture wasn't stretched properly, probably after it had been initially completed. Therefore it could have been done in transit. It hasn't ruined the picture and is can still be used. I haven't included a photo as it is difficult to show, but nevertheless is does detract from the normal quality received.
