I forwarded two of my favourite photos for large acrylic prints. I was a little apprehensive at first as I've never used this company before and thought I was either going to be really pleased or very disappointed. One of my prints was a night time shot taken in Bruges where light levels were low and I wasn't expecting too much from this one. The other was taken of the Rialto Bridge in Venice. Both photos were taken on my Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra camera phone. I am happy to report that they arrived yesterday and the finished quality is superb 👌. They look very professional and I am planning to send off my next photo for a similar print. I was also impressed with the ease of ordering.

As you see in the canvas below I did not center it properly check out the two top corners pity they didn't contact me before printing I have took a screenshot when ordering and it looked ok it must have moved as I was buying it. Delivery was very long and days kept changing as this is a present the anniversary is now over and the only place for that canvas is in the bin I will buy elsewhere my picture is cheap for a reason Buy Elsewhere

Delivery is not fast nor prompt

From the order date, to dispatch date the delivery date, this was a long time. Advertise yea due to Ukraine etc but ordered a week before fathers day and the product arrived 4 days 3 days after fathers day. Disappointed.

Mislead on delivery times

Advertised when ordered still time for Father’s Day deliveries, was ordered 5 days prior, want delivered till yesterday 3 days after Father’s Day. Disappointed

Made excuses early on and took over 4 days to make the canvas ( not the 24 hrs they quote ) postage was very slow as they had it booked it with courier for 3 days but never sent it too them. Just won't use again

The picture quality is really not that great! And it took a long time for delivery it was meant to be a Father’s Day present and it arrived two days later! Very disappointing and probably won’t order from here again

Took 2 weeks to show up.. Blamed the ups delivery company but ups said they didn’t receive my package for 10 days after the label was printed. Was meant to be a gift so really disappointed. Won’t be purchasing from here again.

The picture is OK (imperfection on the nose which wasn't on the original) but delivery was a shambles. First due Thursday, then Friday, then Monday and then, eventually Tuesday- too late for father's day. Very dissatisfied with ups, the chosen courier.

Awful service

I received my order along with a gift card, which I was very unhappy with. Emailed the company and 2 weeks on still no reply. The jigsaw arrived in a plastic bag and the card was just a piece of printed paper which I had paid £2.90 for. I was charged £6.00 postage which would have cost £3.00 maximum. Cheap tack, with no response, don’t waste your money
