I forwarded two of my favourite photos for large acrylic prints. I was a little apprehensive at first as I've never used this company before and thought I was either going to be really pleased or very disappointed. One of my prints was a night time shot taken in Bruges where light levels were low and I wasn't expecting too much from this one. The other was taken of the Rialto Bridge in Venice. Both photos were taken on my Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra camera phone.
I am happy to report that they arrived yesterday and the finished quality is superb 👌. They look very professional and I am planning to send off my next photo for a similar print.
I was also impressed with the ease of ordering.

As you see in the canvas below I did not center it properly check out the two top corners pity they didn't contact me before printing I have took a screenshot when ordering and it looked ok it must have moved as I was buying it. Delivery was very long and days kept changing as this is a present the anniversary is now over and the only place for that canvas is in the bin I will buy elsewhere my picture is cheap for a reason Buy Elsewhere

UPS are a poor delivery service
Sadly I have to say the service was poor due to delivery times. Your products were excellent and I’m really pleased with the results but using UPS to deliver them let the whole experience down

Order took over 3 weeks to arrive, customers service no help and didn't care. Got a delay notification because the order didn't pass quality control so was being re-made (hence taking 3 weeks). Then it's arrived today and the pics have a flaw running through them. Runs through my nephew's face on one pic. Waste of time and money. Will not use or recommend again.

POOR PACKAGING, OUR PRINTS WERE CREASED THROUGH APPARENT ROUGH HANDLING DURING TRANSIT - PIC SHOWS CRUSHED BOX.
