I forwarded two of my favourite photos for large acrylic prints. I was a little apprehensive at first as I've never used this company before and thought I was either going to be really pleased or very disappointed. One of my prints was a night time shot taken in Bruges where light levels were low and I wasn't expecting too much from this one. The other was taken of the Rialto Bridge in Venice. Both photos were taken on my Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra camera phone. I am happy to report that they arrived yesterday and the finished quality is superb 👌. They look very professional and I am planning to send off my next photo for a similar print. I was also impressed with the ease of ordering.

As you see in the canvas below I did not center it properly check out the two top corners pity they didn't contact me before printing I have took a screenshot when ordering and it looked ok it must have moved as I was buying it. Delivery was very long and days kept changing as this is a present the anniversary is now over and the only place for that canvas is in the bin I will buy elsewhere my picture is cheap for a reason Buy Elsewhere

Ordered for a birthday present. Delivery was delayed without informing me. After looking into it myself, found that MYPICTURE had not delivered the package to Yodel within the expected timeframe. After raising as an issue with MYPICTURE, I explained that since they had not posted it, and since the birthday had passed, I didn’t need it anymore and asked for a refund. I was promptly told that I couldn’t get a refund. I explained that I had been misinformed as to the delivery date and had I known the expected delivery date, I would not have purchased the items. I further explained that due to the issues, I had no intention of buying from the company again. They responded apologising and offered me a 30% discount on a future purchase. I explained that I would like to escalate the process as this reply clearly didn’t reflect the conversation. I was then emailed by a manager offering a 50% discount and refused a refund OR a refund of shipping costs. The pictures are fine and quality as expected. Surely the answer is to not offer a bespoke product with a no refund policy if you cannot facilitate the service required to meet basic customer satisfaction standards.

Poor Customer Service and Delivery

While the photos were fine I feel let down by Customer Services. My fault I know, but I accidentally clicked buy before putting in a promotion code. Realising this I contacted them immediately either to cancel then re-order or retrospectively to add the code - I met with a 'Nothing we can do Gov' attitude. I feel this is poor Customer Service - I can't beleive that nothing could have been done. Very disappointed :( Also, the photos were left in the open, in the rain about two yards from a covered gazebo - madness. Fortunately I was in and noticed them before they got soaked!!

An absolute shambolic experience! My items ‘could not be delivered’ and then the conflicting miscommunication between the staff members at Picture This was extremely frustrating. I EVENTUALLY got my order but annoyingly having had to re order with another company because of the chaotic information! This was a 50th birthday present for my brother in Africa. What should have been a lovely thing to do turned out to be horrible and stressful. AND the quality of one of the prints is EXTREMELY poor!! Overall, extremely poor service and quality and I will be taking it further!

Great low price but poor finishing

the product was a great low price and the photo is good. However, the finish is poor, and looks like a child has stapled it to the frame. I am not going to take things further, as the picture is just for my study and is not a gift. I feel it is a case of you get what you pay for - if you buy cheap, you get cheap. I would not recommend you and I will not order from you again. I would not have raised this as a complaint, but you asked for feedback!

Not happy with the quality of the acrylic the picture is very poor the grass in the picture looks like a watercolour and not true likeness I have asked for a refund and wanted to return it but have not been offered at all even though its only been 1 day still of receiving the item Not a good company I'm afraid as when you are dissatisfied with the product under the trading conditions you should be entitled to a return and refund

Don't set high expectations as you will be disheartened with this Company!

After a long wait, I wad deeply disappointed to discover that the quality of printing was severely lacking. the colors appeared dull, lacking vibrancy and clarity. Also, there were noticeable blurriness in certain areas of the image which significantly detracted from its overall appeal. No i don't recommend this company and I hope they will take serious steps to improve the printing and quality control measures.

Never again.

I paid a total of £26 for a cheap piece of fabric with half a zip. The photo of my dog is a joke .The top of her head is on the other side. I look at her mouth and collar ..If the photo was not suitable if should have been flagged up in the preview. FREE PRINTS offer this service...so never again..complete waste of money..

The level of service was appalling, I received emails notifying me that I had received my items when I had not, resulting in lengthy calls and correspondence where they later found out they had given me the wrong order number. My first order and my last as I do not want to go through this experience again

Finishing very poor. Canvas not cut square so crooked in frame. Used MYPICTURE many times and things seem not to be as good as previous. Delivery took 2 weeks . Did get updated which was good customer service. The finish however of the canvas very poor. How this wasn't picked up before sending amazes me.

Pillow case arrived very dirty condition

Waited 3 weeks for order , once it arrived the back of my pillow case , even though completely sealed in a cellophane bag one quarter was very marked, dirty and pillow itself did not fully fill case . Asked for replacement which they have agreed to , but got no apology . Very disappointed

I was very disappointed with my canvas. The subject matter was not on the whole canvas which was obviously my fault for not completely understanding the website. But I would have thought it would be obvious that I had made a mistake and your company could have contacted me.

Thin Canvas

The photos have come out well as always, however, the canvases are certainly thinner rthan before,consequently the frames show through the picture edges.The stapling of the canvas to the frame is a bit slack , qwuality could have been better overall.

Only 2 of the 7 ordered are any good. Heads cut off and out of line, not covering canvas. Total waste of money. Used another company recently and none of these issues even though pictures I sent were poor quality. Lesson learned for me, don't bother

My Wife’s 50th Birthday RUINED!!!!

My Wife’s 50th Birthday present ordered from MyPicture was left by my dustbin, 20 minutes later it was thrown in the dustcart 3 dats before her 50th having ordered 4 weeks before in order for delivery!!!! RUINED MY WIFE’s 50th BIRTHDAY!!!!

You can improve deliveries

You can improve by getting a decent delivery company. YODEL are awful. They take no notice of the customers requests like leaving with a nominated neighbour. Instead it’s just thrown on the floor without knocking

I was very disappointed with the picture. I did not realise there was a moray on the photo. I am very surprised a professional company did not see it and not gone ahead with the print. I cannot gift it like this.

Disappointed

The canvas is very bobbly and the picture hasn't been stretched enough around the wood so the edges can been seen on the picture. Very disappointed. Need to get it done again as it's an anniversary present

The picture is perfect thank you. Your probem is your delivery company Evri who take forever to deliver. I was notified the order was despatched on27/03/24. It was finally delivered on 04/04/24
