I forwarded two of my favourite photos for large acrylic prints. I was a little apprehensive at first as I've never used this company before and thought I was either going to be really pleased or very disappointed. One of my prints was a night time shot taken in Bruges where light levels were low and I wasn't expecting too much from this one. The other was taken of the Rialto Bridge in Venice. Both photos were taken on my Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra camera phone.
I am happy to report that they arrived yesterday and the finished quality is superb 👌. They look very professional and I am planning to send off my next photo for a similar print.
I was also impressed with the ease of ordering.

As you see in the canvas below I did not center it properly check out the two top corners pity they didn't contact me before printing I have took a screenshot when ordering and it looked ok it must have moved as I was buying it. Delivery was very long and days kept changing as this is a present the anniversary is now over and the only place for that canvas is in the bin I will buy elsewhere my picture is cheap for a reason Buy Elsewhere

Very unhappy with paper quality.
Very unhappy with the quality of 'paper' that the photo has been printed on. Ordered large canvas & areas of photo had already flaked off in the post. Canvases are usually covered with a textured, more 'rubbery' material. This is very thin.

Not good to deal with.
Stressful company to deal with. Took nearly 3 weeks to get my order. When I contacted the company, I kept getting the same "few days" response. Eventually got my canvas, but wouldn't recommend or use again.

Bad quality print, and no response from the customer service team.
Very disappointing experience this time - I have used My Picture for years, but on this occasion I have been let down and there seems to be no interest in solving this issue. Although I have printed high-quality, professional shots, I have received two sub-standard canvas prints. I would not have left this review, as I am trying to amicably sort this issue out, but I am no longer getting a reply from the customer service team. Their resolution was to do a reprint, although in the same email they have stated that they cannot print my photos to the same quality as supplied - so what is the point to do a reprint, if the quality will be sub-standard again?

I cropped the picture I wanted putting in a canvas of which i ordered two because it was a picture my daughter had put on instagram and the pictures turned up and they had been printed NOT cropped a complete waste of money, I would avoid this company for your family photos

I have just received the ordered canvas, i am in total shock and disbelief at the awful quality of the product !!!! OUT OF FOCUS AND TERRIBLE QUALITY MATERIAL. I have previously ordered from other companies using the same resolution, and their quality were a lot better than yours. I have attatched pictures of the canvas to this email and i would appreciate a reply asap regarding this matter , thank you

Very inflexible and slow delivery
Shortly after ordering I realised that I had missed an image out so I emailed to ask if the image could be added to the order so it didn't incur extra postage.
Customer service response the next day was pretty much "you're out of luck". I wasn't asking to remove or swap tiles but to increase the size of my order but MyPicture weren't interested.
Then, the production was finished on 16/5 but tiles weren't received until 24/5. This is a long delivery time.
Very disappointing.

Wasn't happy at all. I brought two canvases as gifts, they arrived a week later than they should of. The quality isn't good, the haven't even centred the pictures, when I did it online it all looked centred. Very disappointed with the whole experience and I won't be buying from here again.
