I forwarded two of my favourite photos for large acrylic prints. I was a little apprehensive at first as I've never used this company before and thought I was either going to be really pleased or very disappointed. One of my prints was a night time shot taken in Bruges where light levels were low and I wasn't expecting too much from this one. The other was taken of the Rialto Bridge in Venice. Both photos were taken on my Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra camera phone. I am happy to report that they arrived yesterday and the finished quality is superb 👌. They look very professional and I am planning to send off my next photo for a similar print. I was also impressed with the ease of ordering.

As you see in the canvas below I did not center it properly check out the two top corners pity they didn't contact me before printing I have took a screenshot when ordering and it looked ok it must have moved as I was buying it. Delivery was very long and days kept changing as this is a present the anniversary is now over and the only place for that canvas is in the bin I will buy elsewhere my picture is cheap for a reason Buy Elsewhere

I was nit offered a preview of what my prints would look like. When they arrived they were printed across the canvas with massive white blocks.... not happy at all £110 wasted with no offer to reprint

I’ve already emailed as I was so disappointed with the product it isn’t straight it’s blurred and isn’t visible if it was not within the company’s control to make it properly an email would’ve sufficed and a refund but now I’m left with a gift I can’t give

Took 7 days from the email telling me the order being completed to it actually being shipped which meant it arrived too late. Very disappointing and when I emailed customer services I was told that it was ‘only a little bit late’

Very poor picture quality. Looks fuzzy and out of focus. Very disappointed. Also the white border of the photograph surrounds the canvas like a white border with grey lines. This was not how it appeared when I orders it. Who wants a canvas where you can clearly see the border of the photograph.

I order a picture and was told i had a deal Free picture and only pay delivery £6 So i ordered the pic in 20/20 and had to pay for the whole thing .£12.00 When i first called them about it they told me that the deal only lasted a month. So i repyed to them stating the was no date on the deal They replied saying they made a mistake there is no date ,then told me i couldnt have the deal because i ordered the wrong size .Which is a joke considering it was a smaller pic . They preceeded and gave me another deal I wouldnt mind they never offered me my money back Its not even about the money at least give me a choice especially after admission of the deal date Great picture customer service is CRAP
