I forwarded two of my favourite photos for large acrylic prints. I was a little apprehensive at first as I've never used this company before and thought I was either going to be really pleased or very disappointed. One of my prints was a night time shot taken in Bruges where light levels were low and I wasn't expecting too much from this one. The other was taken of the Rialto Bridge in Venice. Both photos were taken on my Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra camera phone. I am happy to report that they arrived yesterday and the finished quality is superb 👌. They look very professional and I am planning to send off my next photo for a similar print. I was also impressed with the ease of ordering.

As you see in the canvas below I did not center it properly check out the two top corners pity they didn't contact me before printing I have took a screenshot when ordering and it looked ok it must have moved as I was buying it. Delivery was very long and days kept changing as this is a present the anniversary is now over and the only place for that canvas is in the bin I will buy elsewhere my picture is cheap for a reason Buy Elsewhere

The order took too long to be delivered…

The order took far too long to be delivered. I have left the country and have no way to retrieve the picture. It was a birthday present for my husband. I have wasted time and money. Extremely disappointed.

Don't lie about timeline and delivery timeframes on your website. Advertised for fathers Day claiming 24hrs production and fast delivery, it's been a day short of two weeks and the item has still not been delivered. When called team members have been unsympathetic and genuinely rude despite you guys being at fault. Not a single apology was given instead I was told more lies about the dates the package was dispatched, despite it only being dispatched an hour after i called. Will not be using again

Not as described

I have sent a message to customer services but have not had a response as yet. I bought a COTTON double sided print cushion. The cover is cheap nylon not cotton. The cushion filling is very poor quality. I spent £35 and was expecting a high quality cotton cushion, not a nylon cover. This was meant to be a gift but I am too embarrassed to give it. I would like the cushion returned and a full refund. Lets see how long it takes for customer services to respond.

I ordered a canvas and mug,the canvas is really nice but the picture that I chose for both of them is cropped out on the mug so you can’t even see my sons face.

Very dissatisfied customer

I ordered 3 prints for Father’s Day as per advert. The first 2 arrived on 23rd June too late Father’s Day was 18th June and the 3rd print has still not arrived!!! Contacted customer service and they offered 50% voucher off next order!!!! Would NOT order from this company ever again

Canvas pictures are nice but the time scale very disappointed as I ordered for my mums 80th birthday and it was over a week and half week late, would recommend to order a month before you require

pictures were cut incorrectly leaving a white border on 2 edges. these were meant for a birthday present and the company cant rectify the situation in time for the birthday which was a week away from when I was sent the faulty pitures.

A good product but the delivery experience by UPS . Five times I was given delivery dates and five times the delivery was cancelled , my package eventually arrived in a small white van . The farcical service from UPS cost me time , money and patience , very poor service which will stop from using My Picture ever again .

The quality of the canvas is poor - to thin and it hardly looks canvas Some of my paintings were wavy not stretched properly- the frame (on the back£ can be seen from the front One of my pairings is blurry and one can hardly see the eyes of the people in the painting. In another picture, some aspects are not left out. Two paintings were darker than should be - they could have adjusted the colours. There was no clarity when the orders will arrive when I ordered them online The delivery date once give (10!days later) kept changing. I am disappointed as I love the paintings I wanted to print on canvas.

I ordered the picture for fsthers day and the website stated it would be here in time. Email was recieved to say arrival Wednesday 21st June. Then UpS emailed to say 22nd June. As there was no one home they did not leave the parcel in a safe place like other deliver companies. Card was left saying it was at a shop in another area atleast 3 miles away. Went to collect it after 9am and the shop was closed or closed down. We do not know. So will have to try again.
