I forwarded two of my favourite photos for large acrylic prints. I was a little apprehensive at first as I've never used this company before and thought I was either going to be really pleased or very disappointed. One of my prints was a night time shot taken in Bruges where light levels were low and I wasn't expecting too much from this one. The other was taken of the Rialto Bridge in Venice. Both photos were taken on my Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra camera phone. I am happy to report that they arrived yesterday and the finished quality is superb 👌. They look very professional and I am planning to send off my next photo for a similar print. I was also impressed with the ease of ordering.

As you see in the canvas below I did not center it properly check out the two top corners pity they didn't contact me before printing I have took a screenshot when ordering and it looked ok it must have moved as I was buying it. Delivery was very long and days kept changing as this is a present the anniversary is now over and the only place for that canvas is in the bin I will buy elsewhere my picture is cheap for a reason Buy Elsewhere

Poor quality finish!

Firstly, very slow delivery times. They despatch their orders with UPS who for some reason take over a week to deliver. I received my order which was a 60x60 metal laminated picture, the quality was extremely bad on the edges. It looked as though a child had cut the edges with their blunt scissors it was that bad. I tried to pick the scruffy edges however the laminate was peeling off with it (And yes I had removed the protected film) They quite obviously do not do a quality check before sending orders to their customers. Customer service was bad, was told ‘NO’ when I asked for a refund. It’s now been 3 weeks since I ordered and still have no replacement or refund. Stay clear if you can!

The picture itself took an extremely long time to arrive. When I questioned why? I was told that they had to re-print the picture because it didn’t come out well. However, when the picture finally arrived weeks later, it was not in the style, but I have chosen (in a black frame). They have indeed offered a discount. However, I am still waiting for their response as to my response

Am very disappointed in the quality of the acrylic. Its not premium like I asked. It's wafer thin not. Good quality. I think I made a big mistake ordering from your firm.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS…

DO NIT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY…..Absolutely terrible service. I ordered a picture for my Dad for Father’s Day, 2 weeks prior, and he only received it today 01/07/23. Every time I chased it via email or telephone, I got no help what so ever and not even an apology. I’ve asked for a refund and told no also. Offered me 30% discount on next order!! But I will NEVER order from this company again. I will continue to chase my refund because it was an appalling service.

Piece of tat!!!

The "towel" that I received is a cheap and nasty piece of "tat", it lòks as if the picture had been damaged prior o printing (obviously as a computer image it was not! It doesn't even feel like a towel and you would be lucky if it was substantial enough to dry your face! (Forget about having a bath!.. and this was the "large" towel! The small one must be like a faceclth¡) Very, very disappointed as it was a birthday present for a friend and I'm now going to have to go out and purchase something else!

Didn’t fit the canvas . They said it was my fault, but I took me an hour to get a picture that fit properly as you can tell if it’s going to work out right and this is what I got so wasn’t happy at all.

Poor services once again

Unfortunately for the third time out of four orders there is a problem( one for the second time) for the first picture the acrylic based picture was broken. For the second which was already a replacement there are scratches across the print surface. As helpful as customer service are there seems to be no quality assurance check before sending out

Purchased multiple Canvas' and photos. The Picture quality well below average. Didn't realise they were made and sent from Germany, wouldn't have purchased otherwise as plenty of UK based companies and I just don't understand why this would need to be made there and sent to the UK for such small items. The deliveries came separate for the Canvas and photos. 100 photos sent all the way from Germany then onto royal mail...which took about a week, not bad but not in quoted timeframe. Canvas took 2 weeks to arrive and came by UPS who's tracking is awful. They changed the postcode on the delivery as said it didn't exist, however no other delivery firm has had an issue finding out house over the last 10 years. No time frame on delivery, kept changing day, then delayed then when the delivery guy came he didn't even knock the door but just threw it on the floor behind the gate...and someone was home. Overall a frustrating process from start to finish but most disappointed that after the wait the quality was pretty bad. Sorry but most definitely won't be using them again.

Ordered on the 11th June for Fathers Day the following Sunday, was promised it would be ready and shipped by then for my Dad. 10 days after Father’s Day it turns up! Very disappointing service, wouldn’t order from this company again.
