I forwarded two of my favourite photos for large acrylic prints. I was a little apprehensive at first as I've never used this company before and thought I was either going to be really pleased or very disappointed. One of my prints was a night time shot taken in Bruges where light levels were low and I wasn't expecting too much from this one. The other was taken of the Rialto Bridge in Venice. Both photos were taken on my Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra camera phone.
I am happy to report that they arrived yesterday and the finished quality is superb 👌. They look very professional and I am planning to send off my next photo for a similar print.
I was also impressed with the ease of ordering.
As you see in the canvas below I did not center it properly check out the two top corners pity they didn't contact me before printing I have took a screenshot when ordering and it looked ok it must have moved as I was buying it. Delivery was very long and days kept changing as this is a present the anniversary is now over and the only place for that canvas is in the bin I will buy elsewhere my picture is cheap for a reason Buy Elsewhere

The picture should never have been developed. Some of the peoples faces are just oval skin, no features. I’m incredibly disappointed!

quality of my canvass was very poor, i also had a faint line where you can see it going the canvas and a small faint line going down the canvass, The price tho was really good and thats why i ordered,

Ordered two towels. They were towel one side and blanket the other. I'd never use this fabric as a towel. The print quality was very poor too.

The hanging kit includes isn't fit for purpose
Edit: staff think it's OK because they meet their sla. Doesn't excuse the awful customer care, the rude email I got following this review.
Doesn't excuse you include a free hanging kit not for for purpose.
