I forwarded two of my favourite photos for large acrylic prints. I was a little apprehensive at first as I've never used this company before and thought I was either going to be really pleased or very disappointed. One of my prints was a night time shot taken in Bruges where light levels were low and I wasn't expecting too much from this one. The other was taken of the Rialto Bridge in Venice. Both photos were taken on my Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra camera phone. I am happy to report that they arrived yesterday and the finished quality is superb 👌. They look very professional and I am planning to send off my next photo for a similar print. I was also impressed with the ease of ordering.

As you see in the canvas below I did not center it properly check out the two top corners pity they didn't contact me before printing I have took a screenshot when ordering and it looked ok it must have moved as I was buying it. Delivery was very long and days kept changing as this is a present the anniversary is now over and the only place for that canvas is in the bin I will buy elsewhere my picture is cheap for a reason Buy Elsewhere

I used the service and ups said they have delivered the package and met the customer and they’re lying,,,,, my uncle has a garden party Saturday as he has 3 months to live and this was supposed to be my gift for him

Good quality print but UPS delivery

I am very happy with the quality of he print and price. However, in terms of shipping, my order was rescheduled 4 times by UPS meaning I did not receive it in time for the event that I needed it for. I have not had this problem before with any other shipping company except UPS so hopefully, MyPicture will stop using UPS who are infamous for terrible delivery service!

Poor service this time!

Normally I don't have any problems with My Picture but this time it's different. I place an order some time ago I have been receiving regular updates saying when my order will delivered but just a quickly the dates change to the point where I still haven't got it. I have complained and been told it is on it's way but no confidence in the messages, will believe it when I see it!

Awful service picture took over 2 weeks to arrive

Awful service, took over 2 weeks to arrive, I will never use this company again. False advertising on the web site where it says dispatched within 24 hours, it took over a week for produce it and a week for delivery after that.

Can't fault the products but the delivery is beyond shocking. A 2/3 day delivery turned into almost two weeks.

Slowest delivery on plant earth yet they charge a fortune for it!

Item was made within 24hrs yet delivery took over a week to even leave the wearhouse! The delivery cost of £6 is extortionate for the postage service they use! Gift was late and totally pointless by the time it was received! Never use this company again! Total money grabbers
