I forwarded two of my favourite photos for large acrylic prints. I was a little apprehensive at first as I've never used this company before and thought I was either going to be really pleased or very disappointed. One of my prints was a night time shot taken in Bruges where light levels were low and I wasn't expecting too much from this one. The other was taken of the Rialto Bridge in Venice. Both photos were taken on my Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra camera phone.
I am happy to report that they arrived yesterday and the finished quality is superb 👌. They look very professional and I am planning to send off my next photo for a similar print.
I was also impressed with the ease of ordering.
As you see in the canvas below I did not center it properly check out the two top corners pity they didn't contact me before printing I have took a screenshot when ordering and it looked ok it must have moved as I was buying it. Delivery was very long and days kept changing as this is a present the anniversary is now over and the only place for that canvas is in the bin I will buy elsewhere my picture is cheap for a reason Buy Elsewhere
The picture itself was lovely. However, whoever framed it made a bit of a mess of it. On the upper left hand side, the white edging had wrapped round the front (showing a phone number) and there was beige colour canvas showing on both sides. Fortunately, I had a marker pen which matched quite well so I coloured them all in. A bit disappointed as it was a gift for my grand daughter.

Failure in the acrylic cutting
Ordered 2 100cmx 50cm acrylic pictures on 2 separate occasions. Both have had problems in the cutting process with the first removing the edges of the image and the second with chipping of the acrylic along the edges, so both have had to be redone

Poor quality control
Twice now when ordering acrylic pictures although the images are fine the finishing when cutting the acrylic on both pictures has been dreadful. With the first 100cmx50 cm image the cutting process removed some of the print itself and had to be replaced. With the second image i have sent and have just received the cutting of the acrylic has led to chipping along every edge of the picture, which i am sure will be replaced but the finishing and quality control is of the company is very poor

The canvas print i received still had…grey lines and writing at the top which should not be there.
The canvas print i received still had grey print and writing on it which is not the saved image i asked for. You can clearly see that the image was sent to me by phone and it is not what i ordered, i zoomed in and save the image so at the top was the sky.
Not happy at all with this as it was timed to be a birthday present.

I ordered this item over a week before my daughters 21st birthday on 2nd June. It got here yesterday the 6th! Messed up the day for me and her I won't be using this service again the gift itself is nice but what's the point when it doesn't get her before the said date .

Great pics but let down by missing hangers
I paid for hangers to be included within each picture and when they arrived, there weren’t any, and there was no record of hangers being ordered in the invoice, despite knowing I definitely paid for them.
