I forwarded two of my favourite photos for large acrylic prints. I was a little apprehensive at first as I've never used this company before and thought I was either going to be really pleased or very disappointed. One of my prints was a night time shot taken in Bruges where light levels were low and I wasn't expecting too much from this one. The other was taken of the Rialto Bridge in Venice. Both photos were taken on my Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra camera phone. I am happy to report that they arrived yesterday and the finished quality is superb 👌. They look very professional and I am planning to send off my next photo for a similar print. I was also impressed with the ease of ordering.

As you see in the canvas below I did not center it properly check out the two top corners pity they didn't contact me before printing I have took a screenshot when ordering and it looked ok it must have moved as I was buying it. Delivery was very long and days kept changing as this is a present the anniversary is now over and the only place for that canvas is in the bin I will buy elsewhere my picture is cheap for a reason Buy Elsewhere

Canvases good rest not so great

Well, I am giving 3 starts. Explanaition for it is that I so far order feom your canvases and wall calendar. Been waiting very long for wall calendar when I ordered it for the first time. it came in wrong colour order. 2 pages of it were grey when all suppose to be white. Contacted you and it felt that you genualy try to help fix it sensing me replacement. Althou uit came all scratched on first page and in wrong colour again but at least all in one colour ( instead of white came grey). Giving you 3 starts as I also ordered canvases so far 3 Times in Total 14 canvases in different sizes and all came as ordered and in good quality.

1. Website/app does not have option to drag & resize the uploaded photo. The corners of the photo has got folded in the frame. Processing photo and frame took around days, at least processing unit should have ensured photo fits well in the frame. 2. Time taken to deliver photo was too much. Took almost 10 days to process. Previously i had ordered similar service from the US and got delivered to UK within a week, moreover quality was better, much brighter, frame was better too compared to this one. On the whole, i felt this was not worth for what i had spent on it.

Fair price if you get an offer

I ordered 2 canvas frames through an offer. Item were posted fairly quickly but postage was slow, took over a week and upon receipt, i was a little disappointed with the quality of frames. Canvas material is quite thin now and frames are thinner as compared to few canvas frames we ordered couple of years ago. Overall reasonable if purchased through an offer, otherwise not worth the money on full price, if quality is same.

Whilst the print quality was good and bright colours unfortunately the quality of the card is very poor and won’t stand to being made up more than once or twice. Customer service just said they would pass my comments on. I would have returned it but it was sent direct to my seven year old granddaughter who was so excited to receive it but who also commented on how thin it was.

Original delivery had one damaged item. That was re-sent and also arrived damaged. Box was open too. No internal padding or protection. Have asked for damaged item to be sent again but so far given offer of a voucher which offer no discount on website price. Pity, as print quality was good. I have asked why contents have no protection and not received a response.

Wouldn't use again - quality issue

Wouldn't use again - ordered 3 of the same image, 2 were okay (just okay) and the 3rd was very poorly mounted. As it was a present I had to buy something else and then My Picture refused to refund the faulty item - they insisted on sending a replacement despite me asking twice for a refund rather than another print that will arrive after it was required

When first buying I made the mistake of not doing my homework, this company is in Germany which I didn’t see on website.They send you a tracking number through Yodel which doesn’t actually work for 7 days when I presume it arrives in the country. Product was ok but should state how this all works on website

I sent a canvas to my Mother in law after my Father in law had died I purchased a card with a message but the card didn’t have the message in it. It took a while and numerous calls to figure out who sent her the canvas. What was the point purchasing the card with no message

I have to say…. Great value and nice product. Now the bad bit….. a very poor delivery service used. Mypicture sort the issue out but at what cost? Being let down time and time again by Yodel is putting me off. They never following the instructions and dump the product

Didn’t arrive when I was told it would which led to disappointment on Mother’s Day

The photos itself are gorgeous. I’m very pleased I just wish that they’d arrived by Mother’s Day like I was guaranteed. Upon emailing customer service the system was automated and very unhelpful. I got nowhere. So my advice would be to order well in advance.

Photo size includes border card…

Sizes of photos given were not actual size of photo but size of photo with wide border frame ,so photo much smaller than expected. Brass coloured hanging fitting not even attached to frame but supplied with screws that are ridiculously long

Not great.

Told that order had been dispatched but didn’t get into the hands of yodel for nearly a week. Once it did was delivered quickly. Very difficult to communicate with my picture. Ordered 2cm frame but received 1 cm. Won’t use again.

It is with the courier company you use / Yodel. He simply puts your delivery over our fence if no one is in, rather than checking with neighbours first. Every chance that something such as a canvas print will get damaged…..

Tracking info useless until in UK

Picture was ok but communication was very poor What is not made clear is the pictures are printed in Germany then shipped to a uk courier, so you get no tracking info until it arrives in the uk which takes a whole week.

Not really Happy first picture much smaller than I thought, I ordered a larger one was on offer for the smaller price. The larger one I ordered came today, it not straight on the frame very Disappointed.

Frame flimsy. And courier used is Yahoo who left the package on the floor at the end of my driveway. So if you want a very average product and a dire delivery service then these are the guys for you!

I've used your company before This time I'm disappointed really as the zip is broke on the cushion cover. The part you pull to open and close the zipper is none existent.
