I forwarded two of my favourite photos for large acrylic prints. I was a little apprehensive at first as I've never used this company before and thought I was either going to be really pleased or very disappointed. One of my prints was a night time shot taken in Bruges where light levels were low and I wasn't expecting too much from this one. The other was taken of the Rialto Bridge in Venice. Both photos were taken on my Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra camera phone. I am happy to report that they arrived yesterday and the finished quality is superb 👌. They look very professional and I am planning to send off my next photo for a similar print. I was also impressed with the ease of ordering.

As you see in the canvas below I did not center it properly check out the two top corners pity they didn't contact me before printing I have took a screenshot when ordering and it looked ok it must have moved as I was buying it. Delivery was very long and days kept changing as this is a present the anniversary is now over and the only place for that canvas is in the bin I will buy elsewhere my picture is cheap for a reason Buy Elsewhere

Don't set high expectations as you will be disheartened with this Company!

After a long wait, I wad deeply disappointed to discover that the quality of printing was severely lacking. the colors appeared dull, lacking vibrancy and clarity. Also, there were noticeable blurriness in certain areas of the image which significantly detracted from its overall appeal. No i don't recommend this company and I hope they will take serious steps to improve the printing and quality control measures.

Picture not squared to frame

Picture arrived in good time, perfectly packaged. However. The picture is NOT centered on the frame. School boy error. The picture is 2mm from the top edge of the canvas .but 36mm from the bottom edge of the canvas. Instead of being 19mm top and bottom. Looks a pig. Can't hang it. And they're not responding to emails. Shocking service.

I’m not impressed.. I have ordered lots of canvases through your company and my last purchase I thought, ah they will be like my previous purchases, as they cost the same amount (£36) but when they arrived all 6 canvases were half the width, as in height than my previous ones I bought.. why is this please

Unhelpful staff, poor quality product

I found the process difficult and the multiple support people I spoke to were all unhelpful. The quality of my big canvas is acceptable but the quality of my smaller print (which was meant to be free but I got charged for) is incredibly shoddy, very pixelated and wonkily stapled to the frame.

Absolutely disgrace. Picture went straight in to the bin. I ordered a 60 bye 30 print. This was the size of the frame but the picture only covered half the frame and wasn’t even in the center but at the top half with the bottom half just a blank white frame. This company is a complete rip off

Very poor customer service, use of Bots on messenger is so frustrating! Order late and when chased up was told it was the courier's fault, contacted the courier who said it was MyPicture.co.uk fault. Dispute raised with PayPal and miraculously my package was found! I won't be ordering again!

Frame far too big the canvas itself. I paid extra for the Frame you thought it would if have fit and be a inch gap all the way round. Photo itself is not straight you could have straighten it .was going to be a birthday present but can't give that it's not like you ads it's a mess

My very late mother's day gift

Placed order they sent it to courier arrived at courier took nearly 2 weeks for courier to deliver and they weren't interested just used excuse about couriers fault for a company selling pictures which sometimes contains children then not care about its whereabouts is disgusting .

The pictures were smaller than they showed on the website and previewed, meaning it didn’t look right, they were blurred! The covers are cheap polyester and the zips are inside out - cheap rubbish - can’t gift them as they are !! They look appalling, such a massive disappointment

Order took nearly 2 weeks to arrive. The pictures looked good quality, but considering the price, I expected better quality from the frames and also thought there would have been a glass cover, not plastic. The keyring looks very different from what was shown online too.

I have to say…. Great value and nice product. Now the bad bit….. a very poor delivery service used. Mypicture sort the issue out but at what cost? Being let down time and time again by Yodel is putting me off. They never following the instructions and dump the product

I had a very negative experience with a 2 week delivery time. It was a gift for mothers day which missed mothers day by 8 days. I had zero contact or explanation. Anytime I tried to chat with the company I had an automated system which wasn't fit for purpose.

Didn’t arrive when I was told it would which led to disappointment on Mother’s Day

The photos itself are gorgeous. I’m very pleased I just wish that they’d arrived by Mother’s Day like I was guaranteed. Upon emailing customer service the system was automated and very unhelpful. I got nowhere. So my advice would be to order well in advance.

Mothers Day Gift 8 days late

Due to this year’s circumstances had to leave Mother’s Day to last minute but ordered a gift advertised for Mothers Day on the last available day to ensure delivery according to the website. The photo gift took 14 instead of 6 days to arrive.

Pictures really poor quality and cheap looking, was so looking forward to receiving these but was really really disappointed, I'm sorry but wouldn't order again and I regret ordering in the first place as its been a complete waste of my money.

There was a spelling error in my card when arrived and I am 100% sure I typed it in correctly on the website form Package also took 11 days to arrive which is a bit too long. Saving grace was the photo and frame which was pretty good

They’ve sent me a 60 x 40 canvas with the photo just across the middle & nowhere near the edges. Weird colours on the bottom edge. Definitely not what I ordered or how it was shown on the review. Still not heard back from them

I was very disappointed with the picture. I did not realise there was a moray on the photo. I am very surprised a professional company did not see it and not gone ahead with the print. I cannot gift it like this.

Looks like circular ink marks on the picture.

My first picture from you was excellent. The quality of my recent picture was not good. There are ink marks on one of the faces of my family members. Very disappointed so, l will not be ordering again from you.

No estimate delivery time, canvas was stretched

I was not given an estimated delivery date and it took over a week to arrive. Not to mention that the canvas itself is slightly askew and stretched. The delivery service (Yodel) was absolutely abysmal.
