I forwarded two of my favourite photos for large acrylic prints. I was a little apprehensive at first as I've never used this company before and thought I was either going to be really pleased or very disappointed. One of my prints was a night time shot taken in Bruges where light levels were low and I wasn't expecting too much from this one. The other was taken of the Rialto Bridge in Venice. Both photos were taken on my Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra camera phone. I am happy to report that they arrived yesterday and the finished quality is superb 👌. They look very professional and I am planning to send off my next photo for a similar print. I was also impressed with the ease of ordering.

As you see in the canvas below I did not center it properly check out the two top corners pity they didn't contact me before printing I have took a screenshot when ordering and it looked ok it must have moved as I was buying it. Delivery was very long and days kept changing as this is a present the anniversary is now over and the only place for that canvas is in the bin I will buy elsewhere my picture is cheap for a reason Buy Elsewhere

Disappointed

The canvas is very bobbly and the picture hasn't been stretched enough around the wood so the edges can been seen on the picture. Very disappointed. Need to get it done again as it's an anniversary present

I was very happy to order it, something unusual... It came not completed? It is missing one puzzle, it should be a gift but now I am not sure if it will come on time... Little be disappointed.

The picture is perfect thank you. Your probem is your delivery company Evri who take forever to deliver. I was notified the order was despatched on27/03/24. It was finally delivered on 04/04/24

Quality of workmanship low. Took too long to dispatch

Order to ages to dispatch, online tracker said it had been collected when it hadn't. Pictures look rushed when they have been attached with the staples to the board. Has ripples in the canvas.

The photo I sent you for the canvas was stretched too much at the top, so much so it has cut out the top of the boys heads, where as it could have been pulled down at the bottom, not happy!!!!

The finished product is excellent. It took twelve days from order to delivery with indifferent, non human, communication. Customer service appears to be bot driven and seriously inadequate.

The finished cushion is not as vibrant as the picture supplied. The filling also does not go into one of the corners and this has put a crease in it. I am disappointed in the finish.
