I forwarded two of my favourite photos for large acrylic prints. I was a little apprehensive at first as I've never used this company before and thought I was either going to be really pleased or very disappointed. One of my prints was a night time shot taken in Bruges where light levels were low and I wasn't expecting too much from this one. The other was taken of the Rialto Bridge in Venice. Both photos were taken on my Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra camera phone.
I am happy to report that they arrived yesterday and the finished quality is superb 👌. They look very professional and I am planning to send off my next photo for a similar print.
I was also impressed with the ease of ordering.

As you see in the canvas below I did not center it properly check out the two top corners pity they didn't contact me before printing I have took a screenshot when ordering and it looked ok it must have moved as I was buying it. Delivery was very long and days kept changing as this is a present the anniversary is now over and the only place for that canvas is in the bin I will buy elsewhere my picture is cheap for a reason Buy Elsewhere

In fairness the framed photo was excellent it was the delivery I had issues with. I rang twice and no one was able to help; I feel it is Royal Mail that is the problem. I wasn't able to track the picture until the day before it arrived, it took much longer than expected, even on the day the timings kept changing.

Ordered 2 and second one arrived first by royal mail.First was supposed to be delivered by ups on Wednesday.
Waited in but not delivered.It arrived following day but not in so had to collect from local shop.Not happy.

not worth the money sorry!
my order didn't come in time and as it was a father's day present i couldn't take a chance that it wouldn't be delivered in time so i had to go out and buy another present for my Grandson to give his Dad.It may have only been a day late on june 15th but i paid for it on the 2 nd of june so 13 days is a bit much to wait,i have used quite a few other companies and only waited 5/7 days so i wouldn't use this company again to be honest

Very good but this time ......
Normally all products are very good but one of the pictures this time was damaged in that the picture wasn't stretched properly, probably after it had been initially completed. Therefore it could have been done in transit. It hasn't ruined the picture and is can still be used.
I haven't included a photo as it is difficult to show, but nevertheless is does detract from the normal quality received.

The picture itself was lovely. However, whoever framed it made a bit of a mess of it. On the upper left hand side, the white edging had wrapped round the front (showing a phone number) and there was beige colour canvas showing on both sides. Fortunately, I had a marker pen which matched quite well so I coloured them all in. A bit disappointed as it was a gift for my grand daughter.

I ordered this item over a week before my daughters 21st birthday on 2nd June. It got here yesterday the 6th! Messed up the day for me and her I won't be using this service again the gift itself is nice but what's the point when it doesn't get her before the said date .

Great pics but let down by missing hangers
I paid for hangers to be included within each picture and when they arrived, there weren’t any, and there was no record of hangers being ordered in the invoice, despite knowing I definitely paid for them.

Picture looks great! Communication poor
Online ‘chat’ service needs improving as well as communications from the delivery. Couldn’t find my package till my neighbour told me they had it luckily. Delivery also took 3 weeks which is poor.
The picture however looks great only one criticism there is it’s a little flimsy and would benefit from struts.
