I forwarded two of my favourite photos for large acrylic prints. I was a little apprehensive at first as I've never used this company before and thought I was either going to be really pleased or very disappointed. One of my prints was a night time shot taken in Bruges where light levels were low and I wasn't expecting too much from this one. The other was taken of the Rialto Bridge in Venice. Both photos were taken on my Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra camera phone. I am happy to report that they arrived yesterday and the finished quality is superb 👌. They look very professional and I am planning to send off my next photo for a similar print. I was also impressed with the ease of ordering.

As you see in the canvas below I did not center it properly check out the two top corners pity they didn't contact me before printing I have took a screenshot when ordering and it looked ok it must have moved as I was buying it. Delivery was very long and days kept changing as this is a present the anniversary is now over and the only place for that canvas is in the bin I will buy elsewhere my picture is cheap for a reason Buy Elsewhere

Good material but disappointed with print

Bought as a present with photos of pets that have passed in a tribute collage but they didn't let me know that the edges of the design would be cut off and I lost parts of the the collage due to it. My mother of course loves it anyway and says it's a lovely soft material but I was disappointed that my collage edges were lost due to no border warning in the photo uploading process. For the money I paid I expected better. You can see in the attached photos how the head was almost cut completely off the dog in the top left and the bottom the photos are cut in half. I live away from home so I am taking my mum's word for the material quality. I wouldn't buy again due to how badly the image was printed. I mean who cuts the heads off animals in designs? Surely they should have known to resize it if not given the choice to make sure it's within a certain border. I was excited about this for mum but I'm disappointed with the outcome. I would return it but then that's more expense for nothing

1. Website/app does not have option to drag & resize the uploaded photo. The corners of the photo has got folded in the frame. Processing photo and frame took around days, at least processing unit should have ensured photo fits well in the frame. 2. Time taken to deliver photo was too much. Took almost 10 days to process. Previously i had ordered similar service from the US and got delivered to UK within a week, moreover quality was better, much brighter, frame was better too compared to this one. On the whole, i felt this was not worth for what i had spent on it.

Satisfied - good for the price.

I was really pleased with how easy it was to make the order on-line. However the jigsaw pieces produced were very thin and difficult to ‘ keep together’. I was also a little disappointed that the puzzle did not come in a box or other ‘gift ready’ container. Tracking of my order was not successful - don’t know whether this was due to you or the delivery company- but made me a little anxious as puzzle was a ‘time sensitive’ gift.

Fair price if you get an offer

I ordered 2 canvas frames through an offer. Item were posted fairly quickly but postage was slow, took over a week and upon receipt, i was a little disappointed with the quality of frames. Canvas material is quite thin now and frames are thinner as compared to few canvas frames we ordered couple of years ago. Overall reasonable if purchased through an offer, otherwise not worth the money on full price, if quality is same.

When first buying I made the mistake of not doing my homework, this company is in Germany which I didn’t see on website.They send you a tracking number through Yodel which doesn’t actually work for 7 days when I presume it arrives in the country. Product was ok but should state how this all works on website

Order took nearly 2 weeks to arrive. The pictures looked good quality, but considering the price, I expected better quality from the frames and also thought there would have been a glass cover, not plastic. The keyring looks very different from what was shown online too.

I have to say…. Great value and nice product. Now the bad bit….. a very poor delivery service used. Mypicture sort the issue out but at what cost? Being let down time and time again by Yodel is putting me off. They never following the instructions and dump the product

Didn’t arrive when I was told it would which led to disappointment on Mother’s Day

The photos itself are gorgeous. I’m very pleased I just wish that they’d arrived by Mother’s Day like I was guaranteed. Upon emailing customer service the system was automated and very unhelpful. I got nowhere. So my advice would be to order well in advance.

There was a spelling error in my card when arrived and I am 100% sure I typed it in correctly on the website form Package also took 11 days to arrive which is a bit too long. Saving grace was the photo and frame which was pretty good

It is with the courier company you use / Yodel. He simply puts your delivery over our fence if no one is in, rather than checking with neighbours first. Every chance that something such as a canvas print will get damaged…..

Looks like circular ink marks on the picture.

My first picture from you was excellent. The quality of my recent picture was not good. There are ink marks on one of the faces of my family members. Very disappointed so, l will not be ordering again from you.

I didn’t expect it to be a rolled picture. I could have had a picture on a canvas for a cheaper option. Maybe it was written somewhere and I missed it. I was disappointed with the price for what it was,

Frame flimsy. And courier used is Yahoo who left the package on the floor at the end of my driveway. So if you want a very average product and a dire delivery service then these are the guys for you!
