I forwarded two of my favourite photos for large acrylic prints. I was a little apprehensive at first as I've never used this company before and thought I was either going to be really pleased or very disappointed. One of my prints was a night time shot taken in Bruges where light levels were low and I wasn't expecting too much from this one. The other was taken of the Rialto Bridge in Venice. Both photos were taken on my Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra camera phone. I am happy to report that they arrived yesterday and the finished quality is superb 👌. They look very professional and I am planning to send off my next photo for a similar print. I was also impressed with the ease of ordering.

As you see in the canvas below I did not center it properly check out the two top corners pity they didn't contact me before printing I have took a screenshot when ordering and it looked ok it must have moved as I was buying it. Delivery was very long and days kept changing as this is a present the anniversary is now over and the only place for that canvas is in the bin I will buy elsewhere my picture is cheap for a reason Buy Elsewhere

I provided my full address in the sales order. Your confirmation of receipt did not include the house name. I spoke to MyPicture and the house name was added. Your delivery contractor claimed they were not given the house name and failed to deliver until after my daughter's birthday

Very disappointed that I could not hang my framed prints when I received them. There were no hooks on the back. After raising this with you, I am told that sets of hooks are available at an extra cost. It would have been more helpful to know this at the time of placing the order.

Picture is great but took an age to arrive. Usually go for one particular size throughpicanova but they didn’t do what I needed so thought I’d try my- picture which also didn’t do the size either. A compromise all the way but it’s here now and great to review the holiday memory

I was very excited about this coming but when it arrived it was so blurry and it only say in the middle of the glass block when it was suppose to cover the whole glass. I'm very disappointed as it was a very special birthday gift and now I can't use it.

Total lack of communication, no tracking detail, no-one to contact to find out order information. When you look up order info, states still in production yet it has now arrived. Sort your system out else it's a no from me or any person whom asks

Delivery was very slow. Picture arrived in the frame, but it was not secure, none of the metal tags that hold it in place were bent over, so it was out and full of dust/foam partials. It needed dusting and securing correctly before hanging!!

Very unhappy with paper quality.

Very unhappy with the quality of 'paper' that the photo has been printed on. Ordered large canvas & areas of photo had already flaked off in the post. Canvases are usually covered with a textured, more 'rubbery' material. This is very thin.

Very very disappointed! I have no idea what your product is like…I’ve paid for it but you use a useless delivery company-YODEL. Item took ages in transit only to be dumped and stolen despite a being requested to be left with a neighbour.

Basically a large poster in a cheap frame

It took over 2 weeks to have the picture in my hands. When I opened it there was a black transit mark on a white section of the print, which is not surprising as there’s no protection (glass/ plastic) over the print. So disappointed.

Advise on whether the image is a good quality for the canvas! The picture quality of the image I used was of high resolution using a 12mp camera 4032 x 3024. It doesn’t appear to be as clear as I was expecting it to turn out.

I have used this service before - I’m disappointed

I have used this service before - however, I’m really disappointed with my picture - it’s a Xmas present but I can’t use it as you printed it wrong and it has a white stripe across the top and bottom and looks terrible

I ordered two snow globes both arrived by delivery date which was great. One is fine and one leaks. I followed the steps in customer service and am still awaiting a reply, there is no option to return faulty item

Poorly packed, picture fittings left on top of picture so when it arrived the picture had indents where the fixtures were pushed into the wood. Glad I did a test purchase before I ordered a bunch of pictures.

Unfortunately wasn’t what I expected!Poor quality of the material was used and the back stitching looks like the person who made it was is a hurry.I recommend to search more if you want a canvas picture!

Poor Quality

Poor quality, very thin canvas material and not pulled tightly enough around the frame - edges are rounded and not flat around the frame resulting in in looking quite wonky and the corners sticking out

Picture looks totally different colour to the photograph down loaded and you have changed your delivery company from DHL to Yodel they delivered to my house at 8pm on a Saturday evening not good

Get products out quicker. We paid the £6 delivery and it took 7 WORKING days to get to us and missed the intended birthday by 1 day. Sorry but not sure if I’d recommend you or use you again.

Picture very blurry

The mug is a nice shape and size, but the photo is so blurry - it was supposed to be a present but I couldn’t possibly give it to someone. I am hoping for a refund as it isn’t much use to me.

The canvas on the frame is not straight . The photo has a white border around it but this ‘runs off’ the frame and is white at the top and the black of the frame at the bottom. Disappointing.

Ended up waiting two and a half weeks for bulk of the delivery. Nothing wrong with what arrived, just took so much longer than the 5 days or so that is talked about as expected turnaround.
