My husband loved the wallet. It is very soft with plenty of room for cards, etc. Delivery was a problem but that was the fault of Royal Mail and not J4L. Maybe they could think of using a courier service for delivery but choose one carefully.

Hello there was no note for Royal mail on the order from you so we sent as requested next day guarenteed delivery with Royal Mail. Royal Mail have tried a few times to deliver but no one home. There are options, as we said, on the RM site where the tracking has an update option for redelivery convenient day/time for yourself. I am note sure though if Royal Mail expect a signature with guarenteed delivery items.
