Great service and quick delivery Thanks

First class service, start to finish ... we rang to check delivery, and in order to not have a delayed palletised specialist courier, we ordered a lot of kit over four separate identical orders. The company called to ensure we hadn't made a mistake with the orders, which we thought was exceptional service. The delivery was made the next day, and even the courier was super helpful. We'd give 10 stars, if we could. Thank you, guys!

I am extremely happy and impressed with our marquee. We ordered the 4x6m PE450 Marquee and had somewhat low expectations for the quality/durability considering the lower price compared to others on the market. However our marquee has now been up for over 2 months and it is as solid and good looking as the day it arrived. From start to finish the whole process has been easy and efficient, delivery was fast and I was kept updated with the shipments progress. Instructions were clear and it was easy enough to assemble. The structure is really light and spacious and works perfectly! The material seems strong and hard wearing and the metal poles and structure are very solid. The only thing we’ve added are marquee weight bags filled with stones on each pole to stop the wind lifting it up. We ordered this for a party and a few days before the weather turned bad with strong winds and really cold but with the weight bags it has managed to withstand winds of 35mph+ and our guests said how much warmer it was in the marquee than out. I Highly highly recommend this marquee, especially given the price!

Checked out the House of Tents website for a new marquee. Found a marquee that suited our purpose . Ordered and paid for the marquee following the online format and found the process easy. I subsequently received an e mail from the delivery company providing a delivery date which unfortunately they did not meet because they failed to collect all of the parts from the collection depot. The marquee was finally delivered a few days later. The marquee arrived in 6 cardboard boxes, 3 of which were torn and damaged with the end of one box torn apart. The delivery driver said he struggled with the boxes on his own. The 3 torn boxes all contained metal frame parts which on inspection seem to have survived the ordeal. Won't know about the canvass until it is fully erected. I have purchased from this company before. The marquee is good. Delivery could be improved.

From my original telephone enquiry to the advice and help I received from the customer service team (Julian & Zirza , all the way through to receive the Gazebo, the level of service was first class. On erecting the actual gazebo ( apart from the height of the roof installation - why not have the four posts manufactured in two halves so that you could assemble the roof at ground level rather than access it via step ladders at present) the fabricatioin and quality of materials was excellent. I am sure we will enjoy many byears of use. PS the warranty of parts was also ourstanding. Thank you.

Online descriptions are sufficiently detailed and help customers make the right decision. Ordering progress is logical and easy to follow. Variety of paying methods offered. Quality of materials great value for money. Installation documents easy to follow. Only one gripe, and that is they don't tell you when or how to attach the double row of curtain hooks. The problem was solvable but when a reprint of the booklet is due, perhaps this could be included. The end result is a smart looking addition to our garden. It's been admired lots of times!

Delivery was with in 2 - 3 days as advertised with plenty of email/text communication until the final point of delivery. For the price, the marquee I ordered is amazing. I opted for the bolt and nut frame option which may have taken a bit longer to put together but overall I feel it gave me more control over how tight a fit the frame came together. I've had the marquee up in my garden since last Friday (26/05) and it is still up in my garden even though its been quite windy with up to 16 mph winds, very impressed.

Yacoob from customer services has been amazing. We purchased a gazebo for my son’s birthday party and it was fantastic! It real was the centre piece of the party and we were so thrilled with how easy it was to construct. The weather had turned very suddenly the following night resulting in a storm damaging one of the parts. Yacoob was so helpful and really went the extra mile i sourcing the spare part. Thank you so much, we really appreciate the wonderful service we have received! 😁

Came when told it would come. Bought for our daughters wedding reception which was held in her garden. Looked fabulous when erected and dressed. Did not disappoint. Used again for Father’s Day and will be used again for my husband’s birthday in August and our grandchildrens birthday party in early September. Great addition to the garden for the summer months. Will be purchasing the storage bags for when we take it down - probably October.

This is an exceptional company with tremendous aftersales. My marquee was delivered within a few days...great quality product, easy to erect, easy to take down. Through my own fault entirely I damaged a part which the company replaced free of charge... I would highly recommend this company....it was cheaper to buy the marquee from them rather than hire it locally!!!

Ordered a 3x3 Gazebo, Was able to set up by myself but it would be easier if you have a second person. Had an issue with wind, Gazebo lifted over the wall and damaged two of the poles. Contacted customer service and they were happy enough to replace the damaged poles. I’ll also purchase weights to ensure it doesn’t happen again.

Ordered a very nice marquee from House of Tents, UPS delivery was less than perfect but the HoT has sorted the problem to my satisfaction. May look towards a second marquee if this one works as well as it looks, end of this summer.

The marquee we bought was great quality and easy to assemble. When a spare part was required it was sent immediately and at good will. Excellent service, thank you House of Tents.

Excellent service provided from House of Tents, would certainly recommend. From having issues with needing replacement poles due to storm damage the company has been so helpful in helping me rectify the problem. The service via email and personal interaction has been exactly what i needed to help put my mind at rest that my dilemma could be sorted.

Hi Great marquee well made used for Christmas and new year as party tent was robustly made left it up till new year and stood up to the winds we had at Christmas for the price you would be hard to find one better we are very pleased with it and will be using it for all our special occasion thanks Date of experience: December 25, 2023

The structure is very sound and strong, the canopy fits tight on the corners and in the middle, the finish is very good. The only improvement is the the side panels the be made slightly shorter than the length of the posts, the current ones have to be raised by at least 2-3 inch's. Other than that i an please with the product.

Absolutely incredible customer service!! Highly recommend this s company and their gazebos. The service rep I spoke to was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and ensured my order arrived in time. The pop up gazebo was so quick and easy to put up and looked really elegant in our garden. Hope to use it for many years to come.
