The pop up gazebo is excellent, well made and easy to assemble and take down. As there are so many to choose from on the Internet, I was anxious about what I was getting. Now that I have it I am relieved I made the right choice. House of Tents is the place to go. The customer service is excellent too, as I needed to speak to them before buying and they made themselves available and answered my questions.

Very impressed with this company, I had to make last minute changes to delivery and they sorted everything directly with the carrier as promised. We love the product, it’s really good quality and arrived on time and exactly as described. Would definitely use again and would recommend them to anyone.

Speedy and efficient

For the price paid, the tent is excellent. Once all the nuts/bolts were done up tight the whole structure was very sturdy and the canvas is stronger than we had imagined. The instructions were very easy to follow and it took two of us just over 2 hours to put up. It might have been easier with three people but we managed. If I could make a small suggestion, I would say the tent would benefit from slightly higher quality nuts and bolts. I would have happily paid £10 more for better quality. None failed but they were a little small and thin.

Ordered a gazebo back in June which is great quality and very sturdy, I thought that due to how heavy it is that it would withstand the wind. How wrong I was some how it managed to fly over a 6 foot fence and luckily only 1 post was damaged so I wish to thank Michael for sending us a replacement post, the service from house of tents is first class.

Dealing with Jacob today was one of the best and most efficient experiences I have encountered for a very long time when dealing with a supplier, especially when it was simply for a couple of small replacement parts for my House of Tents car tent

Quality of the marquee components is excellent. Strong metal bars and heavy duty canvass. Brilliant value for money. Only slight drawback was the quality of the English language assembly instructions, which could be improved.

Very quick to deliver. The gazebo suffered a breakage on first use but once customer service contacted, they were quick to respond and will now send replacement parts.

Great quality arrived quickly. Only thing was the storage bag was split. And amazingly it all went back inside the storage bag. That’s usually a struggle.
