Delivered in good time. Itemised list was clear along with instructions. Easy to assemble with two people. Everything we should have received we did and everything feels of good quality. We haven’t put up the walls yet as they are not required at the moment. Overall I am very pleased with the item and its quality. I was also impressed with the communications from the company following our purchases. Although we haven’t needed it I believe that the company would have been supportive if we had needed some help or identified a problem. It remains to be seen how it will perform during the summer months as the marquee will remain up for period.

I had a few problems with the delivery company, there was a box short and they just said that was all they had, the 4 boxes instead of the 5. I phoned up customer services, it was Michael and Jacob. I name them as I just wanted to say how good they were, very helpful and understanding. They sorted the problem out with the mixing box and the tent went up as it should. A few of the parts were damaged and some missing, but that was sorted out in no time. Very good experience and a great product.

Packaging could have been done better. Pipes boxes are good and will work to store. However, other materials were stuffed in three boxes for three marquees I ordered, heavily loaded. It cannot be use for storage after 1st use.

Good quick delivery just a shame it’s taken a while to get back on track and items /spares back online after the Brexit non event..

Delivery was good, helpful driver. Frame seems well built and assembles easily. Roof is a little small to fit the roof frame - there are maker's labels which should be over the door openings, but won't stretch over the edge of the frame. They end up 5-7cm behind it, on the roof - makes putting the elastic fasteners through very tight. The door panels attach to the openings by elastic loops to cringles and hang loosely. I might use some cord instead which will hold tighter.

Boxes arrived ripped open. No instructions. Phone calls answered promptly, but can't deal with issues & you have to email . Asked same ? About 8 times , multiple people answered but non of them know the product reference you to instructions or videos which I have already seen, so still unresolved. Parts 11 & 12 remains unfitted. No idea what there for & neither do they . garage is good product , well made, unfortunately call handlers have absolutely no knowledge

The metal components arrived in 3 very flimsy cardboard boxes which had disintegrated during the delivery process, we were concerned that some parts may be missing or damaged. When we checked them against the instruction booklet not all the poles had the label stickers. I think you should improve the strength/quality of the packaging and also reconsider the courier used - only one person delivered the marquee and he was extremely unfit.

This is the second time the dispatch date has been moved on by a week. The original dispatch date was the 25.05.2024!

Timely delivery, good quality. Area of improvement - Improve the quality of assembly instruction. Online manual and the book manual do not match. There should be separate video and instruction depending on the size ordered.

The product purchased was over £600. When your paying that type of money you expect it to be delivered in perfect condition

Great product, great price. Packaging was badly damaged upon delivery... hopefully none of the components have fallen out during shipping.

I ordered a 6x8 marquee it arrived in good timing of three working days.. I have a problem with the packaging which it came in.. The boxes are damaged and not sure if any of the items are missing untill I set it up.. The packaging is held together with sellotape.. The courier explained he had to retape the bixes because they were falling apart

I am still awaiting a refund of invoice 700952803 from Feb 22nd , a delivery which was refused on instructions from House of Tents having sent the wrong colour, I have paid for and received the correct colour but I am still awaiting the refund-now 18 days!

I have only just received the goods - and have not opened the packages yet. The advertising, purchasing and delivery process was fine. The instruction videos and booklets look excellent - but that is as far as I have got so far. Come back to me in six months time.
